I will never ever use another agent again! Carolyn went above and beyond in making our dream vacation a seamless perfect reality. She arranged everything from point A to Z! And added little tips of advice on our stay that I would never have thought of. Our family appreciates Carolyn SANDGREN (Kempf) as a travel expert for many reasons, but the main reason is because she is a Travel Expert. She seeks out the best options for her clients, she will do research by travelling to these destinations as a research-work related fact finder to make sure they actually stand by what they offer her clients. She listened to us if we had any concerns about our trip, the location, the political concerns we have now days, the best bang for the buck and most of all, for our health and welfare while travelling. We had an amazing trip to Glacier National Park. This is one of the most special places on the planet and perhaps the prettiest place I have ever been.

There were wonderful things to do from hiking, fishing, white-water rafting and horseback riding. Each day was filled with adventure and the beauty and grandeur of GNP.

I want to thank you for making this so simple for us. We were able to get everywhere we were going without a hitch. Flights, accommodations, rental cars all went perfectly. You had great recommendations about things to do and led us in the right direction to find the excursions that were just right for us.

This truly was a trip of a lifetime—thank you for your help!

If I have questions about transfers or any more advanced need during my trip. She provide a clear answer and solution when needed.

Carolyn took really good care of my husband and I when we came to book our trip to Mexico. She has so much experience, she gave us all the to do’s and don’ts and the must see’s! She took her time to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed prior to our leaving her office that day!!
