Lynne was fantastic to say the least. This was our first cruise and we really had no idea what to do and what to look out for. Having just returned from our cruise, I can honestly say that Lynne's advice and guidance was spot on. The stateroom was in a perfect place, the cruise itself was excellent and the food was amazing. The whole trip went off like clockwork and we attribute that to Lynne's hard work and experience. She was also available at the drop of a hat. Anytime we texted or called her she took action literally right away. We never had to chase her down for any questions we had and she took care of any issues we might've had that very second. We cant recommend her enough.
