Niyoka is professional, personable and an absolute pleasure to work with. We love that she takes the time to understand what we are looking for and then knocks it out of the park with destination options. What we appreciate most is her attention to detail and that she always makes us feel like she is looking after us.
We have tried booking with online sites before but what they do not offer is her expertise, her knowledge of the people, vibe, local eateries and the confidence we feel in knowing she is looking after every detail.
Without asking, as a tall traveler, she will make sure I obtain seats with more legroom when flying or making sure a card or special destination recognition is is delivered if we are celebrating a life event. She always makes us feel so special and pampered. This was never more apparent as on our latest trip where we celebrated a life milestone and felt that she was there with us making sure everything was perfect. We truly felt like we were VIPs.

She was extremely attentive throughout the whole process, even making sure we had food to eat on arrival when our flight was weather delayed. She recommended some outstanding hidden gems, and planned some surprises for us during our stay. We are so grateful to her for making our dream honeymoon come to life!!
