I contacted Suzanne through All Points Travel and received top notch service from the start. I just told here I wanted to book a tropical vacation and she took over from there. Asked all the right questions to determine our desires and hit it out of the park. I received plenty of options to choose from. sheb then booked our excursions as well. She also called to make sure our room was ready upon arrival. I can't wait to book our next vacation with her.

We gave Suzanne a pretty vague list of what we were looking for in a vacation and she delivered three great options for us to choose from. She was very knowledgeable about the resorts and booked exactly what we were looking for. The entire trip everything was organized and went exactly to plan. Suzanne is so nice to work with. Our trip to Mexico was wonderful. All the arrangements went as planned. We had some concerns because this was our first trip to Mexico. She was so patient and willing to explain all the details. Suzanne booked some amazing excursions that will have lifetime memories. We absolutely loved working with her. She made our trip priceless and stress free. She is very knowledgeable and we will definitely use her in the future.
