As for Travel Insurance, we just don't sell it. We are licensed Travel Accident and Baggage handling brokers and understand the importance of insuring your vacation investment.

The best trip of our lives!

Lisa helped plan our culinary trip to Naples and our after trip to Sorrento. She was so efficient and concerned about all of us. Every detail taken care of. She even alerted us when it was time to check in for our flights coming back. All the people she hired for transfers and her selection of our hotel in Sorrento was perfect. We were 8 in our group. each day of our 12 days was a special day thanks to her efforts.

I loved working with Lisa. She is a pleasure to have worked with. She stays on top of your plans. I planned a cruise with Lisa, which was my first cruise and would definitely book with her again for all my vacations. She gave me great tips, printed out my luggage tags and provided me with zip ties with the travel agency name so I would be aware if someone opened my suitcase, as they would not have the zip ties with the agency name on them.

Lisa is amazing to work with. This was the second trip we booked with her and just like last trip, everything went incredibly smoothly. She took all of our needs into consideration with planning times and transportation and even was able to get us extra perks at the hotel. My husband and I decided to take a "BIG" trip for our 10 yr wedding anniversary....and we chose ALASKA! We decided to book a Princess cruise out of Vancouver with an earlier stop in Seattle for sightseeing. Lisa pulled everything together in just a few days...cruise booking, cabin location, excursions suggestions, hotels, etc. Any email I sent with questions was answered within hours with precise and detailed information. Even at the 11th Hour when my husband had taken ill only days before our departure, Lisa had our options ready to go and stayed in touch with us throughout the process. I'm happy to report that our trip exceeded expectations! We had a GREAT time and was happy to share our moments with Lisa for future travelers. We booked our hotel,air and transfer with Lisa at 3-A travel for our recent trip to London and we are so glad that we did! We got a very good deal but did not know what to expect as to the convenience and quality of accommodations at the Marylebone Hotel. We were VERY pleasantly surprised! The hotel was beautiful with outstanding service with a very helpful concierge.We loved that the hotel was in a quiet area but within a short distance to "all the action".Lisa was wonderful as we made our plans, always following up to make sure or wants and needs were being met. She was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend her for all of your travel needs!.

Our Dream Honeymoon

Lisa at 3A-Travel made us feel comfortable from the very first day we talked with her to plan our honeymoon. Lisa was nothing but friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for our honeymoon trip. She always got right back to us and answered any questions or concerns we had, no matter how silly they sounded. She was always patient. Lisa went above and beyond, setting up and making sure every detail was perfect and memorable. Unfortunately, due to Covid19 we couldn’t go on our honeymoon and Lisa made sure we did not stress about a thing. Even with everything going on, Lisa made sure all refunds or agreed vouchers were completed and kept us in the loop on all details. Lisa also made sure everything is in place for when we will be able to go on our honeymoon, safe and healthy, for a memorable time. Lisa started out as our travel agent and became part of our family. Lisa is AMAZING! This was my 2nd trip to Europe, the first being a cruise and the latter a land only tour. This time I had my family in attendance along with friends. She assisted with all the arrangements for both and I'm truly thankful for her expertise. She has been very supportive with her knowledge of the travel industry and her contacts. While in Europe I came across a few "bumps in the rode" and even with the time difference Lisa made herself available using many modes of communication. She showered me with all the contact numbers needed ( 4 countries, 6 cities in 13 days!) anyone could ever imagine, even updates for notifications of any dangers in each country. Long Awaited Trip to Italy

We finally had the opportunity to take a long awaited trip to Italy. We only had 10 days between Venice, Florence, and Rome, but wanted to do as much as we could in the relatively short time. We have used Lisa before and knew she would be the one to make this happen and make it memorable. Lisa was very patient with us while at the same time presenting many options for our trip. I think we spoke almost on a daily basis to plan this which was very helpful. She helped us arrange tours, transfers, and rail travel that in the end went off perfectly in all 3 cities. We are very happy with the service Lisa gave us in booking our cruises, she found us the best deals, had kept us inform on any changes, asked if we need any assistance in booking excurisions and sent us reminders to make sure we had complete the documents for our cruise. We cruise several times a year, the previous agents we use did not contact us after we book until a week before the cruise when they sent us a bon Voyage message. I didn't know this type of service existed until I booked with Lisa at 3rd Alternative.

The Great Adventure

My daughter and I took a 2 week cruise to South America in December 2025. I was extremely busy with work and didn't have much time to do the research or book the cruise. I spoke with Lisa and told her what I had looked at. She took things from there and made all the arrangements we needed. Wonderful Trip to Paris and the Loire Valley

After a general discussion with Lisa about where we wanted to go and some things we wanted to do, she put together a few options from which we were able to choose the one which worked best for us. Our trip included lodging, transfers, car rental and the Eurostar train through the Chunnel to London. The trip she designed included a number of tours and visits that facilitated entry into these usually crowded attractions, but also a good amount of free time that we wanted to retain. Lisa was very attentive, easy to work with and helpful when it came to dealing with the few inevitable glitches that arise when planning and executing a trip like this.

It was a great trip, we enjoyed every part.
Left JFK at 9:00 pm landed in Dublin 8:30 am, left our bags at the hotel and went out for breakfast went back to the hotel and made a mistake to lay down and missed our first reservation at the Epic museum.
After that all went well.
We met up with the driver, Mike, on the third day, best decision we made to have a driver, I highly recommend it. I didn’t realize how much driving there was between the places we visited.
Mike was great, he got us every where on time, was externally knowledgeable of all the cities and the various places we visited.
Mike was a great guy we got along with him very well.
All the Hotels were first class and the itinerary covered all the places we wanted to see.
I highly recommend our travel agent, Lisa, for organizing this trip.

Like many people, I once thought "Why do I need a travel agent to book my trip - I have internet." Well, for the past few years using Lisa's talent as a TA, I wouldn't do anything else. She's knowledgeable, on top of travel trends, responds quickly to all questions, and always provides excellent service. No printing of my own cruise docs/tags - she takes care of it.
I work primarily via phone/email with Lisa and I've never had any issues. She researches what I ask, makes recommendations, and answers all questions. While I've mostly used Lisa for cruise travel, I wouldn't hesitate to use her expertise on any upcoming trips. I highly recommend her!

Amazing Getaway to Chicago

Lisa plans all of our vacations and we wouldn't trust anyone else. She's the best!! This time we went away for a week, but didn't want to go to far. Lisa planned a great trip for us to Chicago. We stayed in the beautiful Palmer Hotel, right around the corner from the Chicago Art Institute and the Bean.
I require wheelchair assistance at the airport and it was perfect. We were upgraded to comfort class at no cost so I could have more room.
She always makes sure all of our documents are in place as well as getting travel insurance (which is a must-have).
In the past, Lisa has planned our trips to London/Paris and Venice/Florence. They were perfect. In the limited time we had, we were able to see all the things we wanted too. It was all planned out, and we didn't have to worry about anything.
I highly recommend having Lisa Gardner plan your vacations. She really is the absolute best.

The Cemetery at Omaha Beach

The first travel agent that I have had in my 81 years that responds to emails and phone calls whenever I am moved to do so. On this trip it was necessary because a weather delay caused us to miss our flight to Paris. Lisa guided us through the travel maze and we got to our destination safely. What was most impressive was the manner in which AMA Waterways was there at the airport in paris to safely shepherd us to the hotel and had us meet up with the tour manager. Very impressive. Lisa has also booked us on our next adventure to Japan and is working on another cruise for us to Switzerland for next summer. Lisa is the best.

A fabulous trip to the Caribbean

The 14 night trip on the Queen Mary2 to 7 ports exceeded our expectations. Lisa was able to get us a perfect center of ship balcony state room at an exceptional price. In addition, she made sure that we received special credits for military veteran's as well as a special perk from voyages of distinction which gave us a special complimentary one day tour of St Kitts. This in addition to on board credits from her agency, From the initial planning until the day of our cruise, Lisa keep us informed about all the needed steps we needed to do with regard to sailing on Cunard and helped us whenever we needed assistance. A Trip of a Lifetime

Working with Lisa for the last year was a wonderful experience. Her email replies ranged from very early morning to very late at night, Did this woman ever sleep? We arranged a trip for 24 members of our family- Rome, a stopover in Siena and then Florence. We coordinated the flights, the transfers, the travel from city to city, the different rooms necessary, food allergies, and much more. The hotels were beautiful with the accommodations I requested and in ideal locations. The tour guides always arrived early with a smile and they were proficient. No detail of planning was missed. Our trip included two family dinners. Both were wonderful. Lisa came highly recommended to me. I don’t hesitate recommending her to you. I have used Lisa (3A-Travel Agency) for at least 7 years for 7 vacations both in the US and Europe. I would not even consider useing anyone else for my travel bookings. She consistently goes above and beyond any other agency in looking out for my best interests. Even after the vacation is booked, she is on the lookout for any way to make the trip sweeter with perks, discounts, OBCs etc. which might become available. It doesent stop there, she is always actively keeping an eye out for me up to the trip itself. She also helped afterward when we had some claims on our insurance policies. Easily the best experience I have ever had working with a travel agent. Lisa asks the right questions up front. She listened well, planned and made travel arrangements thinking ahead for me. Timeframes were thought through with my convenience and efficiency in mind. Lisa earned my trust and encouraged me to make better decisions for a best possible trip. I think Lisa’s knowledge and communication skills are exemplary and matched with unbridled energy going above and beyond just for me. If you don’t love your travel agent you’re just not getting the best of what great travel offers. Barbados was absolutely amazing for our 15 year anniversary. Lisa gave us the info we needed to deal with the Covid requirements and trip was seamless. Lisa took care of any issues we had with service at the resort immediately. I will never not use a travel agent again! We already booked our next trip with Lisa!

Didn’t know Lisa at all. Saw her name mentioned numerous times on a Facebook group called Long Island Authentic Reviews of Businesses and Restaurants. She seemed very knowledgeable and sincere. I was going on a cruise and wanted to get some information on insurance for the trip. I reached out to Lisa and she immediately acknowledged my questions. Within hours she did ALL the legwork after I supplied her with some information. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line, Lisa did everything. Great Trip / Wonderful Trip Advisor

Lisa was/is the consummate professional when helping our family plan our Winter getaway. At first we thought about going to a southern/warm destination over the Holiday but after Lisa came back with a range of figures we realized we were quite away from our budget. She then came back with an idea for us to getaway locally (1.5 hours away) for an all inclusive family friendly resort @ Woodloch Pines. Lisa was spot on!

I've used many other travel agents in the past, but Lisa is, by far, the best. She not only takes the time to personalize plans, but follows up afterward with a really great "debrief" so she can keep improving her services for all of her clients. When we had a small problem when traveling, she solved the problem immediately and even got us an unexpected refund for a partially cancelled excursion. We first used her service about a year ago and have had her book our trips 3 times since. I can't think of anything that would improve on what she does or how she does it! I wouldn't dream of using another agent.

Amazing Trips to Europe

We have worked with Lisa for all of our travel since 2018. She arranged our trips to Toronto, London, Paris, Venice, Florence, and Chicago.
Lisa is the best! We would never book any of our travel with anyone else. She makes the perfect trips for everything we want to do.
All of our trips have been amazing We really loved Tuscany and Paris. We spent several days in Venice and Florence. When you have a limited amount of time, you want to see all of the important spots. Each tour she booked was perfect as it hit all of the places we wanted to see. Paris is a beautiful city, and once again, the tours Lisa booked for us were great. We would have gotten lost in the Louvre without the guided tour that took us to the most famous works in the museum.
Our most recent trip was to Chicago. It was our first trip since the pandemic. We told Lisa exactly what we wanted, and she booked everything from flight to the hotel. It puts our minds at ease knowing we are in good hands when we travel.

Honeymoon - the trip of a lifetime

Working with Lisa for planning our 2 week honeymoon to Fiji and Australia was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was extremely responsive throughout the process, which put us at ease for booking such a long and far trip which required intricate planning and consideration. We had a lot of questions about the travel logistics, excursion options, and timeline feasibility, and Lisa was able to provide us with all the information we needed along the way. She was even happy to work with us with planning the flights, excursions, and other overnight travel even though we used hotel points for our 8 out of 11 of our overnight stays, which we very much appreciated. Quick Romantic Getaway

"Thank you SO MUCH to Lisa Gardner and 3-A Travel Agency for planning an amazing weekend away in Toronto for my husband, Michael and I. First, we were given a choice of 4 hotels to choose from, which was great. We really loved having a choice. When we made our choice, Lisa's advice was invaluable about travel insurance and all the documents we would need. It was mailed to us in a nice little case-which I took on our trip. It kept all of our travel documents in one neat place. And we even got little ties to lock up our suitcase, which proved to be a lifesaver since I didn't have a lock. The weekend exploring Toronto was so much fun-we were like kids again. Lisa provided us with packet of things to do in Toronto. Lisa and 3-A Travel are top notch an so professional, taking care of everything you need from the time you leave to when you get home. We have found our travel agent! The view from our hotel room was amazing-a beautiful view of Toronto and the CN Tower. I look forward to planning a trip this summer to France with Lisa and 3-A Travel Agency.

We are grateful that you were able to get us placed in the Las Brisas Wing because that was where most of the up-scale restaurants were located and it was also next door to where we ate breakfast every day, so that we actually didn’t have to go very far. Our ocean-view room had a terrace and we often sat out there. The room was quite large with 2 couches and a desk besides the bed area. We ate that evening at a Steakhouse called Chops. We both had strip steaks which were as soft as butter. Every day we ate lunch at a restaurant/grill near the pool and dinner on Tuesday was at the hibatchi/Chinese restaurant. Wednesday we took the tram down to the marina area where we took a 10-minute boat ride to Palamino Island (the resort’s private island) and stayed on the beach. That evening we ate at the fish restaurant (Stingray) down at the marina. Excellent meal. Thursday & Friday we stayed at the water park. That is where many of the families with kids are found. In any event it was a wonderful vacation and we would consider, at some time in the future, going back.

LIsa is incredibly responsive to her clients, offering many options for cruise lines and much better value for excursions than the big ships provide. Never have I felt pressure to "buy" something I don't need. When I have a question, I get a response almost instantaneously even it if only to say that she will need to research it.....no matter what the time of day (or night !!).
Fortunately all of our trips have worked out PERFECTLY, but I am certain if I needed her, she would be there for us. I have already referred several new clients to her and expect to send more her way.

Ms. Gardner went above and beyond in planning our Canadian cruise. She made sure that our cabin was in the best available section of the boat, made sure our dining arrangements were exactly what we wanted and made sure that all the shore excursions would be the most suited to our needs. She is currently planning a road trip for us out west. We are looking to fly into Seattle and then drive to San Francisco and then to Reno. In addition to help us determine how many days we want to spend in each destination and where we want to stay, she has given us a lot of literature on what we want to do in each spot, not limited to the usual tourist spots. When I met Lisa, I was as skeptical as anyone who has never worked with a Travel Agent before and even though I haven't left for my trip yet, I already know I was wrong.

European Extravaganza

We knew we were going to Europe at the end of the year.....but we just never took action to book the trip (life happens). I spoke with Lisa and told her our travel parameters (destinations, desired dates of travel, cost parameters, number of travelers) and she and her vendors worked out an extraordinary itinerary. Every detail of our trip (from transfers to/from hotels and airports, to desired tours within each city visited, and the hotel accommodations themselves) was seamlessly executed. We flew to Paris for a few days (of touring and crepes), then flew to Rome (more touring, but this time gelato and pasta), then took the train to Venice (more touring, more gelato, more pasta), then flew to London (more touring, but with tea and chocolate), and ended our trip with family north of London. This was, without a doubt, a trip of a lifetime for me, my husband, and our two 20-something daughters! And I just cannot emphasize enough how easy each step was made because of Lisa's hard work and attention to detail. We did everything we wanted and then some! Thank you so much, Lisa, for helping us plan this European extravaganza!

3 generations had a ball

Lisa spent her timeassisting us in every way. We added 3 additional people 10 days before departing with a group of 13. The hotel was fully booked and she got us 3 options. 2 days before departing she got same hotel for us. No additional fees. She handled everything for all 16 and at a price we could not get by ourselves.

Dream trip to Costa Rica

My family and I planned to go to Costa Rica last minute. With our demanding jobs we weren't able to plan the trip at all besides knowing our destination, time frame and budget. When we searched the internet it didn't seem that the trip was feasible in our budget. That's when we reached out to Lisa, our miracle worker, mind you 2-3 weeks prior to when we were supposed to leave for a trip that wasn't even booked yet! We didn't have high hopes considering our time and budget were limited but she went above and beyond. She coordinated airfare, travel, accommodations at 2 beautiful hotels, 3 excursions, and transports for 5 people including 2 children (car seats needed)...all within our budget. She truly was a godsend. She took care of all the details and provided us tons of helpful. Any question we had at any time she had an answer. Any potential problem we thought of, she solved. I never thought using a travel agent would be useful or save me money, boy was I proven wrong.

Our Trip to NOLA

My wife and I have had a trip to NOLA on our Bucket List for some time and so when we had the chance to go, we wanted to make sure we made the best out of the time spent there. Lisa has helped us before on a trip to London that made the trip an incredible time and allowed my wife and daughter to see and do everything they wanted. So for NOLA it was a no-brainer to get help from Lisa.
She took the time to provide us with different options for hotels and tours that allowed us many choices and then took the time to completely answer all our questions. The result was that we stayed at a great hotel close to everything, took some fun and informative tours, and enjoyed the diverse cuisine in the French Quarter. Could not have had the vacation we did without her help.

We have not really used a travel agent except for one other trip. We were reluctant in that we had been to Alaska before. Our friends we were traveling with insisted. Now we can say, what a peace of mind, having everything lined up perfectly. We had no snags. And the "creme de la creme" was getting all of our travel documents, luggage tags & ties in a nice zipper pouch. All of our itinerary in one handy place. Once we boarded our cruise ship, there was a treat of chocolate covered strawberries to greet us as well as a dinner certificate for two at the elegant restaurant on board for our first evening sailing.
Lisa was always friendly and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would definitely use Lisa Gardner and 3A travel agency again.

My Son's Favorite Trip

Lisa was fantastic from start to finish. We had very specific needs for this trip, and it was not easy to find a location or a resort that fit those needs, and our budget. Traveling during president's week can be very expensive and Lisa was able to find us the perfect spot. She kept us informed about flight changes all the way up to the date of the trip, and laid out everything for us in an easy way. She even sent restaurant suggestions and assisted with reservations for us before we left for the trip so everything was set when we arrived.
We couldn't be more satisfied and have no doubt we've found our travel consultant for the future!!

Don't travel without Lisa!

I wanted to book a last minute trip to Disneyworld for my family. We've been there many times and I always booked everything myself. This time, I decided to book through Lisa to see if using a travel agent made things better. It did! Lisa just handled everything with ease. We decided a week before the trip to add my 11-year old niece to our traveling party. I thought we might have to change flights to get us all together, but Lisa got her on the same flights and added her to our Disney reservation with ease. A snowstorm hit Chicago the day before our return, and Lisa sent me complete details on what to do in case the airport shut down. She had it all worked out while I dined in the Magic Kingdom. In the past, I would have been frantically talking to the airlines while my family enjoyed the parks. And she did all of this on a SUNDAY! Lisa knows her stuff.
