Lori was amazing to deal with in every way. She went above and beyond to find our family the best resort in Mexico for a family of 5. She has lots of experience with resorts and made the best suggestion to stay in a new (to us) area for the best beaches, and she was bang on!! Hands down a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to have her book our next trip or flight. Highly recommend ??????????

I had a pre-planned trip to Disney's Aulani but needed to arrive a day earlier due to less than great flight schedules from Canada. Lori helped me find a safe decent option for my overnight before meeting up with family and friends at Aulani.

For stress free planning and amazing vacations, Lori is my forever reference! She literally has the same prices as any discount site you can find or better, gives amazing service, knows her sh*t, and is super fun to talk to! So why do it all on your own and have the airline keep the commission?? Plus if there are any issues along the way, she helps take care of it and has direct access to a speedy resolution! Booking through her is a no brainer in my opinion!

So I have booked dozens of trips on my own and now that I have found Lori will never be booking on my own again! She really knows her stuff, has tons of insight, knows when the direct flights happen.... I had booked a trip to Cuba with her and when they had their major island wide power outages she was able to rebook our trip to go to Mexico about 30 hours before we were due to depart. Ended up loving where we went and would for sure go back there! She recommended the travel insurance and we were very thankful for that as there was no issue changing our trip last minute. And the best part is she took care of all the changes, so no waiting on hold trying to get through to the airline as she has a direct line... So much less stressful!
