I have used Shelli as a travel agent since the late 1980s. My first experience, I had her plan my honeymoon. She planned our flights/hotels/cruise ship and it all went without a hitch. Since then, she has planned trips for me to the Dominican 3 times, Hawaii 4 times, Australia, Tahiti, Alaska, Mexico. I have never experienced any issues, and have always been happy with the accommodations/flights she has chosen. Experience was great. Pools, restaurants were awesome. The resort is in need of some TLC…housekeeping didn’t speak any English so when asking for certain things such as extra towels and drinks we were not successful…asked at the front desk and also didn’t get the items we requested but that aside poolside service was fantastic

We had an amazing trip to Portugal. Shelli took care of all the details without missing a beat. I've never been able to travel much and have always dreamt of seeing Hawaii. Shelli planned the most spectacular 2 weeks on Maui for my wife and myself. She was a pleasure to deal with and worked tirelessly to keep the vacation within our budget needs. We were extremely happy with the hotel accommodations and rental car she chose. Shelli also gave us a huge list of "must see/do activities" on the island, which did not disappoint. I still talk about this trip to this day. If I didn't dislike flying so much, and the flight wasn't so long, I'd have Shelli planning us this trip every year.

I've used Shelli for over 30 years for all my travel agent needs...Hawaii multiple times, Tahiti, Mexico, Punta Cana multiple times, cruises just to name a few. She has always exceeded my expectations, planned exceptional vacations from beginning to end, and never left an "i" undotted. My last vacation was with my husband on a cruise to Alaska. Shelli surprised us with a gift package full of all "the goodies" we could use while on the ship. What impressed us the most was our cruise included, for a price, a bus trip from our debarkation to the airport. They were going to drop us off 14 hours before our flight. This is our 6 th. trip planned and booked through Shelli and she takes the worry and stress out of planning and booking a trip. Our family was looking to take a vacation to the Caribbean without costing more than our budget allows. . We have two teenagers and wanted an all inclusive resort. Shelli found an amazing deal at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana. It was all inclusive, had a casino, live music, amazing food, great pool scene and the kids were free! After helping us design our dream Hawaii anniversary trip, we were faced with the unfortunate dilemma of a family health emergency and had to invoke our travel insurance.
