The Perfect Honeymoon

Georgiann put together the absolute perfect honeymoon to Hawaii together for me and my wife! She set up a flawless vacation that took us to four of Hawaii's islands over two weeks, handling all of the hotels, flights, and rental cars. Not only was the entire planning process stress free once we turned the keys over to Georgiann, but there wasn't so much as a hiccup in our travel plans from the moment we got to the airport in Newark to head to the other side of the globe. Every hotel/resort was incredible, the flight and rental car reservations once we got there were seamless. The only difficult part about a trip that included four different hotels, four different rental car reservations, and 6 different flights in total was realizing that at some point it was going to come to an end.

I would recommend Georgiann to anyone and everyone and will absolutely be contacting her the next time I plan a vacation!

Best anniversary ever

We booked our 15th anniversary trip in October 2019 with georgiann. She was recommended by a friend. Since we live so far from her we communicated through email. Georgiann got us booked and ready for our one-year anniversary to another sandals resort for our one-year anniversary this summer. Georgiann had stayed patient and was completely on top of the numerous changes that came along with the wonderful year of 2020. Fabulous Trip to Italy

Georgiann gets all A's!!!!

Recently, we took a trip to Italy (first time) and first time on a tour. Georgiann directed us to Globus Tours. They did a fantastic job. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. Tour director was knowledgeable, funny, gracious and accommodating. Hotels were great. One issue in Venice due to a major event going on in the city at the time. They booked us in an alternate hotel which was less quality than the original however, if you understand Venice, we were very fortunate to get Lido Island and only required a water taxi to get to the Grand Canal.

As compensation for the hotel change, Globus gave us a great dinner at a wonderful restaurant in Venice, had a blast!

This is the fourth time we've used Georgiann at Custom Travel and based on her track record, there's no reason for us not to continue. Outstanding service!

The Time of our Life!!

One of my closest friends recommended Georgiann Jaworskyj, to my husband and I back in May for a vacation to Key West that we were planning for the end of November. Georgiann responded to us immediately when we contacted her and always kept us up to date especially when the Florida Keys endured a major hurricane in September. Georgiann, called to our hotel we reserved and made sure everything would still be on schedule as much as we all knew had to be so tough knowing they were going through a lot of turmoil.
Everything worked out tremendously thanks to Georgiann and she saw that it was my Birthday that week as well...made sure that we received a complimentary breakfast each day. She sent everything we needed prior to our flight...all the itinerary..every detail which is so appreciated when you know a lot of situations and rules are always changing at the airport. Cannot thank her enough, but yet she still sent us a thank you letter and asking how our trip went!!

There were so many options to chose from when it came time for us to choose a destination for our Caribean vacation. I was overwhelmed by the choices and I wanted it to be special. We booked our trip to Hawaii and used Georgiann as our point person. Georgiann was extremely helpful in getting us the best cost and also tips on what we need to do to navigate through our honeymoon in Hawaii. Everything was planned perfectly and priced just right. On our departure back to New Jersey the snow storm hit and we were not able to get back on th eexact return date. Georgiann worked day and nght to accomodate us and get us home as soon as flights were allowed to get into the east coast. I've used Georgiann several times over the years and she was always very attentive and knowledgeable. Everything always went smooth. Our last trip we ran into a problem through no fault of hers. Our flight had a last minute delay which we didn't find out about until we were already on the plane. We were dangerously close to missing our connecting flight. I texted Georgiann and she responded immediately.......at 6:45 in the morning!! She quickly managed to save us 2 seats on the next flight out just in case we missed the connection. Thankfully, everything worked out but it was good to know that Georgiann had us covered. She's the best in the business and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

Grace under pressure!

When my husband and discovered that a quick getaway would be possible,I contacted Georgiann on a Thursday with very specific parameters about when we could fly out, when we had to be home and even flight duration. Georgiann was able to give us a number of tropical options within an hour!! The trip got booked, we flew out within a week and experienced one of the best vacations at Excellence Riviera Cancun. Both the hotel staff and our Lomas staff were extremely attentive and so helpful with our snorkel/spinnaker excursion to Maroma Beach and all transportation. It was an all around fabulous experience and I would(and will) recommend Lomas and Excellence Riviera Cancun to anyone! Thanks again for working your magic! .

Georgiann helped guide us through the entire trip planning process. Her expert knowledge about Jamaica was so helpful to us. She lead us through which resorts to evaluate as possible options, told us about VIP Club Mobay and the benefits of it. Made sure we were kept in constant updates with anything going on at the resort prior to our arrival, and so much more. It was a fantastic experience working with Georgiann. We can't wait for our next vacation, which of course will be planned by Custom Travel Services.

I'll keep this short. She helped me with everything (flight, hotel, and other info). I didn't have to do anything but pay the peviously agreed upon payments. She was there to answer all of my question both prior to the trip and while I was in vacation. I lost some documents while on vacation and she immediately responded to my email and help me out a bunch. I definitely recommend!!!

Words cannot even begin to describe how helpful Georgiann was. From the start she helped my now wife and I plan the PERFECT honeymoon. Based off of wants and needs, Georgiann gave us a whole portfolio of options on where she recommended us to go. Once we had everything in front of us, she took the time to answer every question imaginable to help us make our decision. We ended up booking Sandals Grande in St. Lucia, and we could not have been happier with our choice. Baby moon trip

With our first child on the way, planning a baby moon was essential! Georgiann was obviously knowledgeable about the different destinations, but took our vision and scrubbed it down to options based on the essentials needed for a pregnant woman to enjoy herself. Everything went great from the location, to the staff bending over backwards to accommodate my wife. We met Georgiann at a few wedding expos and knew from the start we would definitely be using her for our honeymoon. We have never used a travel agent before, but after much research and talking to Georgiann we decided that it would be a good idea for such a important and expensive trip. It would really be silly to not use a travel agent! Wedding planning is super stressful! And she has completely eased this part of it for us! It was effortless on our part. And it was super exciting meeting with her and talking about our honeymoon to Hawaii. We are doing 5 days on land and 7 days cruising. I can only imagine the worry all the details would cause me!!! I took CIE International Tour -Irish Odyssey in October 2016. Georgiann made sure there was nothing left to chance from the booking,making sure I understood exact dates,cost and documents necessary. i contacted Georgiann through email to help us plan our trip. We told her what we were looking for and she got back to us with a couple choices and suggestions. Georgiann did it again! She was incredibly responsive through phone calls and emails with only 3 weeks notice to book a '50th birthday celebration' cruise. While I was trying to wrap up FY15, she orchestrated the trip and made the celebration stress free. She even added to our experience. All we had to do was relax and enjoy! She planned our dream honeymoon, and got us home safe after a hurricane!

I cannot recommend Georgiann highly enough. Not only did she plan an incredible honeymoon for us, but she saved us money AND got us upgrades to our flight and room! And when a hurricane hit on the last day of our trip, we called Georgiann and she had us re-booked on a new flight within the hour. Others whose flights had been cancelled as well had to sit on the phone with the airline for HOURS while we were sipping cocktails in our room and watching the storm. She had also advised us to purchase trip insurance, which did not cost much but saved us loads on the extra days we were at the resort. Georgiann was truly a life-saver, and we can't thank her enough for her hard work.

For those of you who are looking for a fabulous travel agency and agent, we recommend Custom Travel in Merchantville,NJ. My husband and I have asked Georgiann to plan our vacations over the last 15 years. A few weeks ago she planned a vacation for not only us, but my daughter, son in law, and three grandchildren. We have used Georgiann for the planning of all of our vacations since our first trip together in 2006. She makes planning a vacation a stress-free process-whether it was just the two of us going on our Honeymoon or making all of the arrangements for a large extended family trip to Disney World. During a recent trip to Disney World, we opted to drive to Florida and arrived much sooner than we had planned. From the moment we worked with Georgiann she made planning as easy and painless as possible. After the task of wedding planning, we did not want to make many decisions regarding honeymoon locations. Georgiann respected that and really took the bull by the horns. She was extremely helpful but also conscious of our budget. We received all of our travel documents in a timely manner. Outstanding vacation

Georgiann did an outstanding job arranging our vacation to Atlantis for our 36 wedding anniversary. She was able to upgrade our room to a nicer one with a spectacular view for our anniversary. Several days before leaving she was monitoring the situation with Hurricane Joaquin that hit the southern Bahamas and regularly updating us about the status of the weather,airports and airline. She was even emailing us as we were waiting to board the plane. Our safety was her number one priority.She had good advice and attention to detail from something little like taking lots of ones for tipping to making dinner arrangements on our anniversary at celebrity chef Todd English restaurant Olive.The vacation went very smoothly.She arranged a family trip in the past to the Beach Club at Walt Disney World where all had a great time,and we look forward to planning our next trip with her.
