I fell in love with cruising starting with my honeymoon to the Bahamas and despite being on a very outdated ship, we had an absolute blast creating memories at the various ports of call and night-time entertainment. 

Once I had kids, I knew that kids clubs would be of utmost importance and we fell in love with and became loyal Royal Caribbean travelers. Royal requires every staff member who works with children (whether it is childcare or the aqua play area) to have a Bachelor's or higher in childhood education AND 4 years experience working with kids. This is evident by their competency with kids of all abilities and their ability to make kids feel at ease. My kids were in love! 

I could go on and on about RC, but for the sake of time and space, I will just say that not only am I loyal to Royal (personally) but we are also biased toward Oasis class ships. Once we went on Wonder's inaugural sailing we knew we could never go back to smaller class ships. The Oasis class simply offers the most amenities for people of all-ages and doesn't feel like you are on water for even a moment.
