Dream vacation made possible and so easy

She’s knowledgeable and courteous. I haven’t flown in over 20 years, but her instructions were so informative. I wasn’t lost on what or who to look for on arrival/departure from Hawaii. Her instructions were real easy now that I’m home and reviewing the process.

Had the most wonderful trip

We had been talking about going to Jamaica for a while. Neither of us was really interested in planning a trip. When we learned that our friends had a travel agent for a trip to Jamaica, we jumped at the opportunity. Tru did a wonderful job at keeping us on task and informed of upcoming deadlines leading up to the trip. We had a great vacation. Travel With Tru definitely played a hand in that.

Jamaica Funk!

While the company was wonderful, the Grand Palladium Resort was really not ready to accept guests in the Signature Level section. While the rooms were beautiful, king sized bed, ocean view, huge bathroom with Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower, the cable didn't work for almost two days, the phones were constantly down and there was construction dust everywhere. Thank goodness we had a lovely group to hang with and that made it enjoyable, nonetheless! I would not recommend travel to the Grand Palladium for at least another year, so they can tighten up and really be able to wow future guests.

Last minute sports trip
