Even though my cruise experience itself was disappointing due to issues with the ship, I want to take a moment to rave about my travel agent, Sandra. From the very beginning, she was attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make the booking process smooth and stress-free.
She answered all my questions promptly, gave me helpful tips for preparing for the trip, and made sure every detail of my reservation was in place. Even after booking, Sandra stayed in touch to ensure everything was going well and offered support when problems arose on board.

Best Experience (Family Cruise)

I have always booked my own vacations, but when my father was celebrating his 75th birthday with a family trip he recommended Sandra Edmond. I was skeptical at first having only used a travel agent once before 20 years ago. My brother and I decided to try Sandra out and we were very satisfied with the results.
1. she explained everything in detail
2. details were easy to understand and any corrections to be made were handled right away.
3. she has a wonderful personality and would talk about other things other than the booking of trip.
4. she asks all the right questions and answered every question no matter how stupid they were
5. during the entire trip she maintained communication to ascertain that every need was satisfied and that your booking exceeded expectations
All and all it was a wonderful experience and Sandra is the best, I have no cons in my dealings with her. My whole family loved her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to book a trip. Hassle free!!

My Father's 75th Birthday Cruise

The best family trip I have had since I was a kid. It was such an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. Sandra was amazing and very attentive to every question asked throughout the course of the cruise. She was very knowledgeable about what to expect. I know some people get anxiety when it comes to connections from flight to hotel, hotel to pier, but Sandra made sure that all the transportation was available when we arrived, didn't hae to wait at all. She addressed every concern as well as explaining to us what to expect. She definitely took all of the worry out of the trip so we could do what we went to do.....have fun and enjoy the time together. I would 110% recommend Sandra to my friends and family, and will definitely be using her for future bookings!!

I recently used Sandra Edmond to book a cruise for my family vacation to the Bahamas and Grand Turk, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the beginning, the booking process was smooth and simple. Sandra took the time to find out what we wanted and enjoyed, was very responsive, and provided great suggestions based on my preferences. The itinerary was well-organized, and every detail, from the flight suggestions to hotel accommodations and sightseeing tours, was spot-on.

Nice Cruise

Sandra booked a cruise for my friend and I this year 2023. She was very efficient and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was very patient and answered every single question I had in a timely manner. She got back to me with answers and solutions usually within minutes, but definitely that same day. She communicated well with me which I really appreciated. Unfortunately the weather prohibited us from getting off on the island, but that’s something we humans have no control of.
