I have done many trips in the last few years and Jeremie has helped plan them all. My favorite place to visit is Disney world. Jeremie has been instrumental in planning our whole trip. We recently went to Disneyworld in Jan 2023. This was our second trip there and second time we had booked with Jeremie. I feel I am quite in tune with everything going on in Disney, but I do not regret at all booking with him. We was always willing to work with me to get what our family was looking for, very responsive, and willing to ask our continual questions leading up to the trip.
With all the changes since COVID, he helped us understand how to get through everything

Best magical travel agent

We organized our 15-day Disney experience with Jeremie’s assistance, and I must say it was the best Disney experience we’ve ever had. Different from other trips to the most magical place on earth, with his help we were able to book everything our party wanted (from hotels to restaurants) without becoming too anxious.
I think its important to state that we were seven-person family, and even though we always required two rooms, we changed hotels three times in total. Thanks to Jeremie, all these transfers went off with out a hitch as he took care of all these reservations.
This trip became one of our best trips to Disney, but the most important thing is that now we have a magical travel agent to help us in future plannings.

An Outstanding Travel Ageny

I wanted to have my family experience a Disney vacation in Orlando. My family consisted of six, 2 children and 4 adults. Jérémie Laviolette of Pure Magic Vacations listened intently as I told him of my travel needs. He told me about the Disney World footprint and how group bookings reduced costs. He made a recommendation as to how groceries could be delivered to save on food costs. We stayed 8 nights and 7 days to enjoy 5 attractions with 2 rest days at the resort. Air travel was another stressor with increased post-pandemic travel. Jérémie spent considerable time talking to Air Canada agents making bookings and rebookings. Communication was exceptional. He hosted two video conferences with family members. There were many times I called or emailed him; his response time was within 5-10 minutes. There is much more I would tell you but need to say, Jeremy’s knowledge and planning skills not only relieved a lot of stress but ultimately saved money.

We just got back from a week-long trip to Disney World, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience – especially thanks to our incredible travel agent, Jeremie!
From start to finish, Jeremie made the entire planning process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. We stayed at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and it was the perfect home base for our adventure. He helped us choose it based on our preferences and budget, and it ended up being an ideal spot – great amenities, beautiful grounds, and super convenient access to the Skyliner!
He took care of everything – booking the resort, helped me pick dining reservations, giving us Genie+ and Lightning Lane guidance, and even helping us plan out our park days for a perfect mix of excitement and relaxation. We had such a wonderful and smooth Disney trip to a resort, theme parks and on a cruise, and Jeremie was a huge help in the planning process! Jeremie was a wealth of information but shared everything in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. He kept us on track with all our booking dates for things like Lightening Lanes, dining reservations and cruise activities and shared info, videos and tips and tricks a few days in advance to prepare us. We had booked a family vacation 6 Adults 2 children between Xmas and New Year’s 2024/2025. It was a few years in the making. We booked our Disney Caribbean Beach Resort 5-day park pass and sit-down meal plan through our normal travel agent a year and half ahead. Then our flights separately 6 months ahead.
This past summer we started to investigate how to navigate Disney it had been 25 years since we were last there. We knew nothing about the App or Lightening Lanes. We were only told you need them to do anything.
Through a friend we heard about Jeremie and Playcation Travel. We contacted him to see if he could help us navigate Disney. The services he provided for a nominal fee were fantastic.
He called us to explain what services he offered and we were sold immediately.
e.g. Our resort was close to Epcot so I thought let’s do dinner the first night there. He explained if we did that then, that would use one

This was our first Disney vacation and the thought of planning it all was a bit overwhelming and stressful. The Best Disney Trip!

We really did enjoy our Disney vacation!! The girls braved all the roller coaster rides; the only one we didn’t do was Tower of terror. The girls are at a perfect age (11 and 8) for this trip and I am so glad they got to experience the Disney magic!! I am really happy I followed your suggestion to buy the autograph books at Disney! There is a page for the autograph and a sleeve to insert a picture on the other. Memory maker is totally worth it!! We enjoyed having the opportunity to take good quality pictures as a family!! We bought Genie + every day; totally worth it. We also got into virtual queues without issues. We only took LL for Guardians of the galaxy: cosmic rewind and Avatar flight of passage.

He provided recommendations for each day before we left. there were 5 adults and 3 children with his help was seamless trip. Jeremie helped me to get everything booked up for my trip to disney world. Never realized disney world was so much planning. His availability was crazy. ...he's available too many hours. Definitely easy to reach him when you have questions and when he said he'd try to book something for me he always made it happen and even looked continuously for better times I wouldn't have had the time or energy to do what he did. He's also very knowledgeable as he's been to disney many times so he was able to tell me how much time I needed between bookings or what was close by to my bookings. We just got back from a fabulous March Break (2024) trip to Disney. We were a group of 14 and Jérémie helped us with everything from resort/restaurant bookings to tips and tricks for the parks. Jeremie was amazing, we started talking about our trip with him in 2018, then of course Covid hit and we kept postponing until finally 2023 it happened. Through the course of all of the changes Jeremie kept in contact and kept us informed, we also threw some of our own changes at Jeremie, which he happily accommodated. Jeremie is a fantastic travel agent - he's knowledgable, responsive, organized, and friendly! He recently planned a week-long stay at Disney for my group of 9 people on relatively short notice (for Disney terms). None of us had been to Disney as adults and he guided us through all the options and decisions step-by-step in a way that made us feel informed and empowered, not overwhelmed. He had pro-tips for every part of the experience from shuttles, resorts, best rides for different ages, dining, what to pack, how to use the various apps, etc. Jeremie even sent suggested itineraries for what order to do things in that would line up with our reservations. I had a great experience working with Jeremie to plan a family vacation to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. I went back and forth on various options and Jeremie provided me with various quotes very quickly and broke down very clearly what was included with the various options. Leading up to the trip, we received clear guidance and Jeremie checked in with us prior to, during and after our trip. There was no extra or hidden costs for Jeremie’s services, but even if there had it would’ve been a great service as we always had someone to reach out to directly if there were any issues.
I would 100% recommend the Aventura hotel at Universal Studios. It was clean, spacious and the kids had an amazing time. Proximity to the parks and the use of the water taxi from Sapphire Falls was a bonus. The kids suite was great & we had a great view of the parks.

Magical trip

Walt Disney World during the COVID-19 shutdown
We were at Walt Disney World when everything shutdown overnight because of the COVID-19 virus. From start to finish, he was along the ride with our family.
He contacted us right away and first thing he asked: ‘’how are you doing?’’ For a couple of days, he spent countless HOURS on the phone with our Airline, Guess Services, our Resort, Magical Express, being transferred right and left, checked for earlier flights, gave us options and had a plan B, C and D for our family.
He put his life on hold trying to help our family get back home sooner than later. That meant waking up at 3 am to try and get a hold of Air Canada, negotiating with them and worst case scenario, even offered to rent a van and pick us up at the Airport in Montreal. WHO DOES THAT!? He does, cause that’s the kind of guy he is. Even with all the stress and chaos, my family never felt so safe because we had total ‘’Faith, Trust and a Little Pixie Dust’’ from Jeremie.
Can’t wait for our next Disney vacation!
