It was a pleasure to work with Jeremie to plan another amazing Disney vacation. Jeremie assisted with all aspects of the trip, he offered detailed suggestions and provided a great deal of expertise with picking the right hotel, picking and scheduling each day of the vacation including restaurant suggestions and reservations.

Best magical travel agent

We organized our 15-day Disney experience with Jeremie’s assistance, and I must say it was the best Disney experience we’ve ever had. Different from other trips to the most magical place on earth, with his help we were able to book everything our party wanted (from hotels to restaurants) without becoming too anxious.
I think its important to state that we were seven-person family, and even though we always required two rooms, we changed hotels three times in total. Thanks to Jeremie, all these transfers went off with out a hitch as he took care of all these reservations.
This trip became one of our best trips to Disney, but the most important thing is that now we have a magical travel agent to help us in future plannings.

An Outstanding Travel Ageny

I wanted to have my family experience a Disney vacation in Orlando. My family consisted of six, 2 children and 4 adults. Jérémie Laviolette of Pure Magic Vacations listened intently as I told him of my travel needs. He told me about the Disney World footprint and how group bookings reduced costs. He made a recommendation as to how groceries could be delivered to save on food costs. We stayed 8 nights and 7 days to enjoy 5 attractions with 2 rest days at the resort. Air travel was another stressor with increased post-pandemic travel. Jérémie spent considerable time talking to Air Canada agents making bookings and rebookings. Communication was exceptional. He hosted two video conferences with family members. There were many times I called or emailed him; his response time was within 5-10 minutes. There is much more I would tell you but need to say, Jeremy’s knowledge and planning skills not only relieved a lot of stress but ultimately saved money.

Planning Made Easy!

We had such a wonderful and smooth Disney trip to a resort, theme parks and on a cruise, and Jeremie was a huge help in the planning process! Jeremie was a wealth of information but shared everything in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Jeremie at Playcation Travel in an incredible Disney specialist. We had booked a family vacation 6 Adults 2 children between Xmas and New Year’s 2024/2025. It was a few years in the making. We booked our Disney Caribbean Beach Resort 5-day park pass and sit-down meal plan through our normal travel agent a year and half ahead. Then our flights separately 6 months ahead. This past summer we started to investigate how to navigate Disney it had been 25 years since we were last there. We knew nothing about the App or Lightening Lanes. We were only told you need them to do anything. Through a friend we heard about Jeremie and Playcation Travel. We contacted him to see if he could help us navigate Disney. The services he provided for a nominal fee were fantastic. He called us to explain what services he offered and we were sold immediately. e.g. Our resort was close to Epcot so I thought let’s do dinner the first night there. He explained if we did that then, that would use one

The Best Disney Trip!

We really did enjoy our Disney vacation!! The girls braved all the roller coaster rides; the only one we didn’t do was Tower of terror. The girls are at a perfect age (11 and 8) for this trip and I am so glad they got to experience the Disney magic!! I am really happy I followed your suggestion to buy the autograph books at Disney! There is a page for the autograph and a sleeve to insert a picture on the other. Memory maker is totally worth it!! We enjoyed having the opportunity to take good quality pictures as a family!! We bought Genie + every day; totally worth it. We also got into virtual queues without issues. We only took LL for Guardians of the galaxy: cosmic rewind and Avatar flight of passage.
Thanks again for all the advice over the past months, sharing videos as well as tips and tricks/ cheat sheets/ list of rides available through LL and Genie +/ itineraries per day!!

extremely knowledgeable, easy to reach, monitored any possible savings and applied them to our package. What a dream - Dining at the royal table!

Jeremie helped me to get everything booked up for my trip to disney world. Never realized disney world was so much planning. His availability was crazy. ...he's available too many hours. Definitely easy to reach him when you have questions and when he said he'd try to book something for me he always made it happen and even looked continuously for better times I wouldn't have had the time or energy to do what he did. He's also very knowledgeable as he's been to disney many times so he was able to tell me how much time I needed between bookings or what was close by to my bookings. Core Memories Made at Disney!

We just got back from a fabulous March Break (2024) trip to Disney. We were a group of 14 and Jérémie helped us with everything from resort/restaurant bookings to tips and tricks for the parks. He always responded quickly to any questions we had and even sent us a potential itinerary before we left for how we could attack the parks with recommendations regarding rides and shows and snacks. We honestly would have been lost without him. I highly recommend if you are planning a Disney Vacation.

Best First Trip to Disney

Jeremie was a dream to work with in planning our first ever Disney vacation. We started months in advance as a surprise to our girls and then had to toggle 4 weeks out to change dates due to unplanned factors. Jeremie was able to provide all the intel and switched our dates with no issues. He was magic in obtaining all of our food reservations that we wanted. Amazing Disney Honeymoon!

My husband and I decided in January to schedule a last-minute Honeymoon to Disney World end of February, but we were extremely overwhelmed by the thought of figuring everything out within the next month or so, so I googled "Disney travel agent", saw Jeremie was highly reviewed, and reached out to him.

I am so glad that I did! He provided us a range of different options depending on our budget, provided tons of advice, and provided us with an itinerary and daily guide for our trip. I don't know that we would have been able to fit nearly as much in without the helpful advice that Jeremie provided to us in our guide. He was also able to get us a better time for our dinner reservation in Magic Kingdom, and answered questions that I had as the trip went on. I am also grateful that he suggested the Memory Maker photo pass, as we have many wonderful, high quality photos to remember our honeymoon by. We would highly recommend Jeremie to anyone that wants to plan a trip to Disney World. He helped us plan an 8 day vacation that also included a visit to Universal Orlando. When we reached out to Jeremie to plan our vacation, he proved to be very knowledgeable and professional, and he responded quickly to all of our questions throughout the process. He let us know about all available options but was never pushy and was always receptive to our needs. He even created daily guides for us, which we found so helpful for our trip. Jeremie was recommended to us from a friend who highly recommended him. He provided us options and advice for our trip to Disney World in Orlando. He guided us through the entire process as it can be a bit overwhelming. Jeremie is a fantastic travel agent - he's knowledgable, responsive, organized, and friendly! He recently planned a week-long stay at Disney for my group of 9 people on relatively short notice (for Disney terms). None of us had been to Disney as adults and he guided us through all the options and decisions step-by-step in a way that made us feel informed and empowered, not overwhelmed. He had pro-tips for every part of the experience from shuttles, resorts, best rides for different ages, dining, what to pack, how to use the various apps, etc. Jeremie even sent suggested itineraries for what order to do things in that would line up with our reservations. Amazing family trip to Universal Studios

I had a great experience working with Jeremie to plan a family vacation to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. I went back and forth on various options and Jeremie provided me with various quotes very quickly and broke down very clearly what was included with the various options. Leading up to the trip, we received clear guidance and Jeremie checked in with us prior to, during and after our trip. There was no extra or hidden costs for Jeremie’s services, but even if there had it would’ve been a great service as we always had someone to reach out to directly if there were any issues.

I would 100% recommend the Aventura hotel at Universal Studios. It was clean, spacious and the kids had an amazing time. Proximity to the parks and the use of the water taxi from Sapphire Falls was a bonus. The kids suite was great & we had a great view of the parks.

We made amazing memories and would recommend using Jeremie’s services to anyone looking to book Universal / Disney trips!

Magical trip

Jeremie was easy to work with and he responded quickly to emails. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all and appeared to be patient through the process. It made planning our trip to Disneyland much easier as it took the stress out of trying to figure out the right selections on the Disney website. He also took care of processing my credit card on the proper due dates, which I appreciated. Highly recommend.

Great Disney Trip!

Jeremie was super helpful while I planned my Disney vacation (at Disneyworld, Orlando). Even if I wasn't staying on site, he was able to help with my questions and made some reservations for us. He was always quick to respond to my questions and emails and he provided me with links and graphics that helped me better understand what I could and could not do (like Genie +).

Et vraiment, les conseils que tu nous as donnés ont été d'une utilité incroyable! On aurait été pas mal perdus sans ta gouvernance!! J'avais remis en question lors de nos discussions qq unes de tes recommandations, mais tu as eu raison sur toute la ligne!! Ton expérience est inestimable!!

Rise of the Resistance a été l'un des clous de notre voyage, et c'est grâce à toi si ça s'est concrétisé!! Et 2 jours à Magic Kingdom plutôt que un seul : quelle bonne idée!! Aussi, je confirme : le Disney Dining Plan vaut la peine!!
