Susanne Hays is the Owner/President of Fairytale Journeys Travel Agency. Her love for Disney began when she was a young girl going to Disney with her brothers for a boy scout trip. During High School she attended Benjamin Russell High School where she was given the opportunity as a majorette to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen.

Susanne has over 14 years experience in the travel industry. Her experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys,LLC was created in 2009. She has extensive knowledge of Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line and Universal Studios in Florida. Her main focus is helping others plan their magical vacations and give each client the personal service that they should have. With her expertise she makes sure from the beginning of the reservations to the end that everything is taken care of so her clients have a magical vacation. 

 

Susanne manages independent contractors in 47 states that all Specialize in Disney Vacations. She is also a Member of The Disney EarMarked Travel Advisory Council, which is made of 19 travel agency owners at the Platinum and Diamond Level.

 Fairytale Journeys Travel is a Platinum Authorized Vacations Planner, Platinum Universal Preferred Agency, and Preferred Sandals Agency.
