Prissi is so professional and passionate. We had booked our trip in February 2025. I had recently had back surgery 2024. When it month before our trip I still wasn't at my best. I called Prissi to explained she switched our hotel setup accommodation to assist me while on vacation! ?? Trip was AMAZING & her customer service was AWESOME!
