Your Fun Specialist: Let's Go Places!

Fun is the name of the game! I have traveled extensively all over the world for the last 25 years from the Caribbean to India and multiple places in between. In every place, my goal has always been to experience new things while having the most fun possible. Even on the missions trips I have taken overseas, I have served with the purposed of helping others, learning new cultures, and having fun exploring new places. 

I am YOUR travel specialist and will take the time to listen to what you want out of your vacation. What are your goals for this trip? Is there somewhere you just can't miss while you are there? Are you not sure what you want to see but just know you want to go there? Do you want to travels with a few friends/family members or are you looking to take a large group trip? Whatever your needs, I am here for you!

I have been asked for advice about travel for about 5 years as my friends and family have noted my extensive experience and have looked to me for travel advice, booking expertise, and insights on the places I have been. In 2023, I decided to devote my love of travel to my own travel agency and cannot wait to welcome you to the family!

I am willing to focus on anywhere in the world you would like to visit as I am open to learning about new places and fun things to do. I have found that in learning about these places for past clients, that now I want to go there too! 

Having said that, there are specific places/things that I have done that I consider myself more of an expert in.

Cruising to Alaska

Cruising to Bahamas and Caribbean--Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Lines

Europe--most specifically Ireland, Malta and Italy but love all countries on this continent! I will soon be traveling to Switzerland with the goal of England and Iceland within the next 3 years.

USA--love all of our national parks but most especially Yellowstone!

Hawaii--Maui is my favorite island.

She is very thorough, detail oriented. She provides excellent customer service by providing you information before booking and walking you through all processes and ensure everything goes smoothly. We have used Explore Outside Your Back Door Travel Agency several times. We have been extremely happy with it in all aspects. We will definitely continue using it in the future. Elena is easy to contact and always follows through with any of our requests in a timely manner. She will s a great communicator, personable, professional, and extremely thorough from planning all the way through the complete process until we return home. Elena takes the time up front to get to know her clients so she can offer the options that she feels that best suits our personal objectives. One of the personal touches she adds is sending us folder includes all the many details to help us navigate and be prepared for our daily activities. She also includes helpful tips and reminders based on her personal travel experiences and our wants and needs. And even incudes vouchers , passes , and tickets for excursions, side trips, etc. Our vacations much more enjoyable because of this. Thank you Elena!
