Mary Ann made our first trip to Ireland effortless and added so much to our experience with her expertise. She truly listened to us, analyzed our interests and travel preferences, and tailored the trip to exceed all expectations. I was traveling with a foot injury, and sha made arrangements that were doable for me and absolutely wonderful. When we arrived, we had everything we needed - transfer contacts, restaurant ideas, suggested routes for sightseeing, and tours all lined up. She really put together a trip that we never could have and it was so memorable. Mary Ann was exceptionally helpful, especially in providing the timeframe and content of planning my two-and-a-half week trip to Vienna, Budapest, and my never-before-visited ancestral village now in Eastern Slovakia. Starting about eight months before my travel, Mary Ann proactively began researching my destinations and interests and providing guidance on what needed to be done early (like the hotel and museum tickets in Vienna) and what to do a little later (like air, train, and rental car travel). This was immensely useful in considering all the options and getting everything arranged with as little stress as possible. And this attention to planning really paid off! My trip was truly the experience of a lifetime and an extraordinary reconnection with my Austro-Hungarian grandparents and the village and families they left behind when they came to the US 125 years ago. In countless ways, Mary Ann provided the knowledge and experience that allowed me to enjoy my travel, ensuring the level of comfort and convenience I was looking for, and with no emergencies and no regrets along the way.

From the very first conversation, Mary Ann was a true professional. She listened to what was/was not important to me and we began planning. I did not give her a lot of time to get everything in order, but she was cool as a cucumber in setting a timeline of what needed to be done and when. She is highly accessible, and worked around my busy schedule to meet by phone to nail things down, or float options. I really thought SOMETHING would be missed/go wrong, as we had some moving parts, but the puzzle pieces fit seamlessly and we had the trip of a lifetime.
