Carolyn booked and made arrangements for me & my family go on a cruise to the Bahamas on Disney Cruise Line. Our group was 10 people in total ranging from 4 years to 70 years old, requiring 3 separate staterooms. Despite our deciding to travel at almost the last minute, Carolyn took care of every detail! I was especially anxious as a first-time cruiser but Carolyn "held my hand" all the way through the process. She talked to my daughter & I several times over zoom to make the arrangements and answer our questions. She answered every email and text promptly despite being in different time zones. Carolyn was so knowledgeable about every detail of our cruise and so patient and helpful in steering us in the right direction for our family. I recommend Carolyn with my highest regards. She is the best and we will be using her again soon to make arrangements for our next trip!

Carolyn was awesome!! She was incredible to work with. Super knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole process. From the start, we knew we were in good hands. She walked us through every step. She made the whole process so seamless and took the stress away from trying to plan everything and keeping up with all the dates and deadlines for booking things for this trip. She took care of everything: hotel stay before the cruise, the cruise itself, the hotel stay after the cruise, transportation to Port Canaveral and most importantly, the email to DCL with all our requests and bookings. Our family had a great time and didn't have to worry about much because Carolyn took care of all the little detail for us. We booked placeholders for a future cruise and no doubt will be asking Carolyn to help us again.

I usually book all of my own trips, but life has been a little crazy lately and the last thing I wanted to do was plan a full trip to Greece. Working with Carolyn made everything so much easier. She handled all the details, stayed on top of everything, and was super responsive anytime I had a question. I didn’t have to second guess anything, which was huge for me. Everything went smoothly and I was actually able to enjoy the experience instead of stressing over it. We enjoyed our trip so much, and I’ll definitely use her again.
