Carolyn booked and made arrangements for me & my family go on a cruise to the Bahamas on Disney Cruise Line. Our group was 10 people in total ranging from 4 years to 70 years old, requiring 3 separate staterooms. Despite our deciding to travel at almost the last minute, Carolyn took care of every detail! I was especially anxious as a first-time cruiser but Carolyn "held my hand" all the way through the process. She talked to my daughter & I several times over zoom to make the arrangements and answer our questions. She answered every email and text promptly despite being in different time zones. Carolyn was so knowledgeable about every detail of our cruise and so patient and helpful in steering us in the right direction for our family. I recommend Carolyn with my highest regards. She is the best and we will be using her again soon to make arrangements for our next trip!
