Jill handled everything for us from helping us plan a trip to making reservations and getting us home when our flight was cancelled.

Jill saved our vacation!! We had the most dreamy vacation booked ever, to St. LUCIA. Then we got hit with the flight cancelations of 2025! I called Jill asking what else we could do (being we were sitting in the airport with our bags packed and no where to go!! She not only helped us plan a new adventure in record time, but she handled every detail behind the scenes to make sure I got our entire vacation refunded! She was so patient and kind to us and if it weren't for her quick thinking amd serving skills, we would have gone home deflated and defeated. I will use her religiously from now on and forever! Jill was a gem! Not only did she take charge of every detail regarding our hotels, tickets, navigation, etc., but she made helpful suggestions, such as purchasing travel insurance, she was available during our trip when we had concerns or questions, and she even sent us a “welcome home” text when we arrived back in the states (a personal touch that I found endearing!). I am already planning my next trip with her & I don’t foresee ever planning another trip without her assistance & expertise.

The entire trip was fabulous! Jill made it so easy and We enjoyed the entire planning process. We had a blast on our vacation!

She helped me plan my first trip out to the country to celebrate all 3 of my children graduating from college. I told her the budget and what I would like to do, and she came back with several ideas which Club Med at Jade all-inclusive resort as one of the picks. She not only picked the best place for my family to celebrate, but explained details on travel insurance, traveling out of the country, and even helped me with small things like sunscreen recommendations for reefs and tips. She gave me ideas for excursions and then took care of getting the tickets for me. She helped me with apps on my phone that would be helpful for the trip. She found out things like would the resort loan me towels for the excursion. She even contacted me when I was on vacation to make sure things were okay. Jill made this trip as stress free as possible. I didn't think it would be possible to pull off planning a trip for 6 people in 4 months, but she did, and we didn’t even have passports.

Jill was unbelievably easy to work with! We were not sure where we wanted to go, we just knew what we wanted to experience. She asked us great questions to really build a vacation we would enjoy. We had plenty of options to choose from, all in the parameters of our time frame and budget. We have never used a travel advisor before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Jill was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! We will absolutely work with her again.
