My favorite spot in Lisbon, Portugal

Hello! I'm Tania. Though I only recently started in the travel industry, I'm an avid traveler and have been planning and curating travel experiences for myself, family and friends for as long as I can remember. I previously worked in international development - mostly in Cambodia and Brazil - so I am also very familiar with the ins and outs of travel - both here in the U.S. and internationally. As an academic and former humanitarian worker, I am very committed to ethical and sustainable travel and incorporate this in my travel planning everywhere possible.

I am professional, detail-oriented and a natural-born planner. I specialize in solo travel, romantic getaways and family vacations. Whether that's going away with your partner for food and wine in Southern Spain, planning a family adventure to Southeast Asia, or going to a large family reunion or destination wedding in Mexico. Because I've lived and worked overseas as a single person, with my partner, and then with as a parent with kids - I have experience with all types of travel, with all types of group dynamics! 

My favorite trips to plan and curate include those that balance cultural experiences, nature, and rest and relaxation! As a creative and artistic person, I enjoy thinking about the design, cultural heritage and visual aesthetics of places I stay and visit. I also love food, wine and bookstores - looking for these wherever I visit. During the pandemic my family and I did an amazing 6 week road trip across the U.S. and visited national parks and historical sites across the country - some nights we "glamped," some we stayed in lodges, and others we stayed in upscale urban hotels. It was fun to mix it up and was definitely one of the best family trips we've ever done together.

Some of my other fondest memories of travel have been in Southeast Asia - I got the chance to travel across the region and witness all kinds of people, places and historical sites - including shoestring budget attractions to high luxury resorts. Growing up in California, I also have great memories of traveling up and down the state, visiting beautiful parks, beaches, and urban centers.
