Nette booked our flights, hotels, a cruise and a 5 day stay after in New Orleans. She worked hard before our trip to get us a good deal and to make it a trip we would never forget. However, the services she provided was so much more than just booking the trip- she actually saved it too!
While we were travelling she was following our flights from her office and noticed that due to flight interruptions that we were at risk of missing connections and, ultimately, our cruise! When we got off the plane she notified us by email , and called, and was already working to give us instructions on how we could reconnect and get to get back on track to where we needed to be. She was so helpful behind the scenes to get us new hotels and cancel old ones and to help chase luggage on our behalf and to help with insurance claims later.

A Cruise Story

Nette was knowledgeable and kind, always had time for us and all our questions. She kept us up to date with all communications from the travel companies, made sure we understood what was sent and always followed up to make sure we had everything done that was required for the trip. We encountered several delays through the trip, extensive delayed flights, a hurricane, and a delayed cruise ship. She was just a phone call away, she followed up with everything that was going on and guided us as to what we should do. After the trip ended she continued to help and guide us with all of the insurance claims .We love her sense of humour and we would definitely recommend her to anyone!

She was very punctual with all the trip deadlines as well as making sure that we were covered sufficiently for travel insurance. First Hawaii Visit

This was our first trip to Hawaii. It had been on our bucket list for quite some time. The area we stayed in was lovely…..right on the ocean, & within walking of shopping & many restaurants !! No problems with any flights. The resort was a bit of a disappointment….quite dated & no maid service (unless you paid extra for it). Staff never really told us anything & were not the friendliest. But, all in all, it was a great holiday ! Thanks Nette

Our amazing experience in Cuba

We have never travelled to a tropical location so with Nettie's knowledgeable help decided on Cuba, and the resort she suggested Grand Ashton our vacation was booked through Sunwing. This property is rated as four and 1/2 star property, we did not experience any shortages. we could always get a cabana when we went to the beach. I guess my only dissapointment was with the el la carte restaurants, the food in the buffet was by far better and a huge selection. The tours through Nexus, we took the supreme tour to Havana and for ourselves there was to much walking and to long of a day,we should have taken the shorter tour. the local tour of the sugar cane,rum making & cigar tour was fun and interesting and local to Veredaro. We also rented a cab and went into the city on our own to do some local shopping in the market and have lunch at the El Rancho resturaunt , they have the best lobster. We asked Nette to arrange a trip to Asia for our 60th wedding anniversary. We agreed on a Viking cruise of Indonesia. Then, after a bit, we thought we might as well see Angkor Wat while in the area and asked Nette to do a pre-trip visit to Cambodia. Then we saw a Trafalgar trip to Vietnam and asked Nette to add that on front of the Cambodian trip. She did all of that and found for us people to to pick us up at the airports and take us back there again; to take us on tour in Cambodia and found us a hotel there. She nudged us to see the Travel Nurse in Brandon so we would have all our necessary shots. She applied for the necessary visas while we were sitting in her office and kept track of when that could be done. She booked our flights- and there were quite a few of them. She kept track of all the details and reminded us when we needed to check in for flights- even when we were in Asia. Nette encouraged us to download the WhatsApp for overseas communication. She is very well organized a

We worked with Nette from the beginning with booking our flights through McPhail. Nette was able to book us the exact days we requested and she was even able to make accommodations for us as our plans/flight requirements changed a few days prior to our departure.
After a delayed and then cancelled flight on the route home after our trip, Nette was able to work extremely quick to book us a new flight home to avoid an extra day away from home. This was a special group birthday vacation. I met with Nette gave her location, date, and a list of must haves for the resort. She spent the time and did the research to come back with a couple of options. She was very knowledgeable on insurances and travel restrictions due to the pandemic. She kept all travelers well informed especially with travel restrictions not just me as the group leader. She kept in touch by email and phone. All around it was a great experience and a great vacation. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again for future vacations.

We worked with Nette from the beginning with booking our flights through McPhail. Nette was able to book us the exact days we requested and she was even able to make accommodations for us as our plans/flight requirements changed a few days prior to our departure.
After a delayed and then cancelled flight on the route home after our trip, Nette was able to work extremely quick to book us a new flight home to avoid an extra day away from home. Nette from McPhail did her usual great job. She made everything very easy for us and got us the room and location that we wanted. This made for a great vacation for us at the Barcello resort in Huatulco, Mexico. The resort was great and our room was wonderful with pool and ocean view all for a good bargain price. Using the PLUS for Sunwing travel was well worth the extra cost and would suggest that anyone else going 5 plus hours and wanting less waiting time to use this as well.

My wife and I had used mcphail travel for several years, mostly for winter holidays to Mexico although we live in Winnipeg. We had found that the service provided to be just excellent. Both for pre and post vacation service when needed.
When Nette became our agent at mcphail she continued with that kind of service seamlessly. Always answering questions and searching out information.
Such a cheery voice when I phone. She almost makes you want to plan a trip just to talk to her.
I had not traveled for a couple of years but I still had Nette's direct line. I kind of thought that I would be developing a new relationship but after just a few seconds we were talking like old friends.
The trip for the fall ('17) was not exactly simple. One person lives in New York, the other in Winnipeg but they had both booked directly with the airline. No problem for Nette. Very quickly she had the two of us on the same flights coming and going and sitting together.

Nette booked our flights, hotels, a cruise and a 5 day stay after in New Orleans. She worked hard before our trip to get us a good deal and to make it a trip we would never forget. However, the services she provided was so much more than just booking the trip- she actually saved it too!
While we were travelling she was following our flights from her office and noticed that due to flight interruptions that we were at risk of missing connections and, ultimately, our cruise! When we got off the plane she notified us by email , and called, and was already working to give us instructions on how we could reconnect and get to get back on track to where we needed to be. She was so helpful behind the scenes to get us new hotels and cancel old ones and to help chase luggage on our behalf and to help with insurance claims later.
