Ashley worked hard to make our 30th Anniversary celebration Hawai’i tour with a tour company possible. The company was not easy to work with, but she was. Once we got there the tour was wonderful. After our trip was over, Ashley contacted the tour company to request a refund of money we prepaid for a designated service that we did not use. Ashley is very responsive and easy to work with.

Our Wyoming trip which included Grand Tetons/Jackson Hole/ Yellowstone/Cody was an amazing experience! I recently returned from a fantastic trip to Aruba, and I owe the entire experience to Ashley, who took care of every detail from start to finish. If you are thinking about planning a Caribbean getaway and wanted it to go smoothly, here’s what made this trip extra special-and stress-free- thanks to Ashley‘s planning skills.
1. Finding the perfect all -inclusive resort, which included a golf course. Ashley helped narrow down resort options based on my wish list: all-inclusive and close to a golf course. Ashley did all the research and found a stunning resort that offered everything from dining to quick access to a well-kept golf course right on property.
2. Pre-Trip Preparation (ED Cards). Ashley also made sure my family was completely prepared before arriving in Aruba, especially with our ED cards, which is required for all visitors in Aruba.
3. Thoughtful Touches and Planning Ahead. Ashley also arranged airport transportation to and from our resort.

Our Hawaiian Elopement & Honeymoon

I couldn’t get myself to commit to the cost or all the stress tied to planning a “picture perfect” wedding. According to Zola.com, "The average wedding expense for couples getting married in 2024 totals around $33,000". That is a lot of money, which led to my fiancé and I starting to realize how amazing of a vacation/elopement we could have for a 1/3 of that cost. Once I decided to cancel the traditional wedding, the weight was lifted off my shoulders and I connected with Ashley to start planning our dream wedding in Hawaii.
Ashley was equally excited as I was and she quickly began researching until she found the perfect destination for us that checked ALL of our boxes. Within 10 days, we booked a week-long vacation in Maui, Hawaii at a 5 star resort (flights included) for an incredible price. My fiancé and I were thrilled to have this once in a lifetime experience ahead of us.

Smooth Cruising

Ashley was truly very knowledgeable about our upcoming vacation and was detailed in our itinerary regarding airlines, airports, dining and different places to visit. She was up to date with the information given to us. Ashley was very professional however down to earth as she treated us like we known her for years. She took quite pride and enthusiasm in explaining us things we weren't quite sure of, and when explaining what we thought might not have been clear, she explained it in clear understanding to us. She really listened to me and explained precisely what I wanted to say. In the end her comparing prices ended with us getting great rates and having a wonderful vacation down to scheduled flights, being picked up to hotel and the next day picked up at the hotel to destination. On the way back same thing, getting picked up and taken to our flight. This is the best vacation I had and worry free.

I have never used a TA before but since this was our first time cruising I decided to use Ashley. She has been an absolute godsend! She was able to secure us a tough to get accessible cabin on one of the newest ships. She even made arrangements for a scooter for me so I can navigate these huge ships with ease. Ashley is very responsive to emails and my seemingly endless questions. I really appreciate that. She also assisted in finding hotels before and after our cruises. Given that TA services are free, it is so great to work with a travel professional like Ashley to make your vacation as worry free as possible.

So excited for our cruise on the Carnival Celebration. In the past, I always used a PCP from Carnival. This time I tried working with Ashley Swope.
