Amazingly fast at answering questions, patient, great ideas, efficient. We were unable to find a hotel on our own and Tara found one in the preferred location, included a transfer to and from airport, hotel was great and everything seamless. We work together remotely from Ontario to Nova Scotia and it works amazingly well, by email & phone.

Tara ensured our first trip to Mexico was safe and tailored to our tastes. On top of that, when things went a little sideways at the resort (this was on the resort, not Tara), Tara stepped in to ensure our honeymoon continued to be lovely, relaxing and enjoyable! We will be using her services again for future trips. Having a capable, creative travel agent on your side makes sure your trip goes well and they find better deals and packages than you could find online. Not only that, you can't beat the peace of mind that comes with having a travel agent like Tara on your side!

This was our first time to Europe and so we were a bit nervous. Tara made all the arrangements to ensure that we were well taken care of as we travelled from Paris and then through Italy for a month. Tara was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. She prepared a very detailed itinerary for the month and then reviewed each day on a call - 2.5 hours she stayed with us answering our questions! We only called her once while away and it was to confirm payment at a hotel - quick response and solution - desk received 2 calls within hours! We had an incredible experience working with Tara and we had an incredible 1st time experience travelling in Europe. We are already planning our next trip with Tara!

This is the second trip this year that Tara has organized for me. It was a trip to Italy with my daughter and granddaughter. It involved airport transfer, hotels, tours and train tickets that took us from Rome, Florence, Ferrara, Venice and Trieste. The experience exceeded our expectations. We had an awesome time in Italy. Everything was well organized as we travelled about by train. All hotel reservations and train and ferry tickets were in order. Tara was available when we needed her to make some changes while we were in Italy. She never made me feel like a pain in the butt. She is so professional and yet easy going to deal with. Booking your own trip online is easy. It’s also easy to miss details, like get connections wrong, miss flight updates, misread booking details. In addition, changing a booking is an exercise in frustration. Tara takes all of that away. If we had questions, we’d send an email, and Tara would be on top of it and usually get back to us - same day. Always forwaded flight updates, clear instructions on all details. Beautiful family week away at Planet Hollywood, Cancun

Our book club decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary by going to Mexico. From the time we reached out to Tara, she took care of every detail. She made reservations for our dinners and private transport. She kept us up to date on the forms required and looked after seat selections on the plane etc. Several of us have reached out to Tara to help us with future travel plans. Our trip to Mexico was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, Tara made the planning process seamless , making sure every detail was covered. The destination, activities and accommodations that was recommended was perfect!

My husband and I had our 35th wedding anniversary and we asked Tara to help us plan a trip to remember. We told Tara some of the spots in Italy we wanted to visit and some of the things we like to do. Tara compiled an itinerary and made recommendations for 4 locations with impressive accommodations and fun activities. The hotels varied from boutique hotels tucked in the heart of the city (Rome and Florence), to a beachy-vibe in Cinque Terre to a show-stopping 200-year-oldTuscan villa. Magnificent. The memories we made were even better. From a magical e-bike ride in Rome along the via Appia, to a boat cruise dinner taking in colourful Cinque Terre from the sea, to a cooking class and even a painting class with medieval techniques in Florence, it was incredible. Plus an opera at an old church with front row seats. Like a honeymoon, but better. She handled the logistics seamlessly and made sure at each location we had time to settle in, explore and enjoy. Tara is absolutely amazing !
