We had a great time. The weather was not too good for the first 2 days but after that it was nice. Our off road trip was canceled due to the weather and our yacht cruise was a bust because of the weather. We walked around Reykjavik while we were there and the hotel was nice but a little noisy at times. I guess that is to be expected because of being in town. The Ranga hotel was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone going to Iceland. The helicopter ride was great and the pilot was the best. We made it to the black sand beach. And to the ice cave. We were able watch the northern lights 2 nights. It was a great trip we are very thankful for your help. I will send people your way.

We just got home. Smoothest exit ever. Trip rating, A+. Turns out our cruise to Bermuda was one of the best vacations either one of us ever had.

My partner and I contacted Kim to assist us in finding a cruise out of New York going north to Canada. It was a late booking so accommodation choices shipboard were limited. I have extensive cruise experience, my partner did not so cabin choice was up to me. Kim found the Emerald Princess out of Brooklyn NY, departure Oct 28. The Princess website is not user friendly but Kim is. We were back and forth with questions. Some she was able to answer, some she called Princess and got back to us right away. She was very firm on " no question is unimportant". We arrived at the port and were in our cabin in 25 minutes. That was the best embarkation experience for me ever. For the most part we enjoyed our cruise experience on the Emerald Princess. I contacted Kim when we returned state side to share our observations. Kim listened. We will not sail with Princess again but we have Kim looking for our next travel experience. She clearly demonstrates. An understanding of our travel needs. Viki G
