The first cruise I ever booked, I did it on my own and hand picked my cabin etc. Every time I have booked a cruise since, I have used her and the cabins she has chosen for my family all have been better than what I would've chosen. We also had a trip to Hawaii recently and used a condo listed on her site. Completely not what we were expecting! Also, for that trip our flights were delayed. That put us checking in after the rental office had closed. I sent a quick email right before we boarded the plane and worried that we would need a hotel for the first night since I informed her so last minute. Not the case! As soon as I was able to turn my phone back on, I had an email from her and she had arranged everything for us to check in after closing time. Completely stress free! Mary Ann planned a trip in 2011 for my husband and me to Hawaii, The Big Island. That was fabulous and the arrangements for flights, car, hotel and sightseeing were exact and so helpful. Two years later, I asked her to help me with plans for a cruise with my daughter from Boston northward into Nova Scotia and Canada. We loved every minute of this adventure. Mary Ann made sure I had a wheelchair available if I needed it on this cruise, because I had a leg injury. Everything worked like clockwork and made traveling most enjoyable and sightseeing accessible for us. I love Mary Ann making my travel plans. I have confidence in her skills and like to work with her.
