Cindy is an amazing agent!! We took our whole family of 6 kids and 1 grandkid to Disneyland. Anytime we had any questions or concerns along our trip she was there to help out. Our connection on our way home got messed up, she made a phone call to airline and got all of us 1st class seats with food vouchers at the airport for our inconvenience of the delayed flight! They had amazing restaurants, things for kids to do. Evening activities and good shopping. Staff were also very friendly. I will definitely be using Cindy's services again for future bookings.

Cindy booked us a three week trip to Africa. She arranged for us to do Mnt. Kilimanjaro, safaris and Victoria falls. As soon as we got off the phone with her, she got right into planning our trip. She got in contact with individuals there to ensure we got what we wanted out of this trip.
