From the first conversation to the wrap of the trip, Charnae was amazing. I’ll start at the end because we just got home within the last few days but I really value that even on our last day of our trip she reached out to us to let us know she’d check into our flights for us because I didn’t initially know if we’d be in an area with WiFi for me to do that. Then because of the weather one of our family members had a lot of issues getting back home but she rescheduled out to Charnae and she helped solve everything for her. Overall I loved the check ins and reminders the entire process. I set up a family meeting a couple weeks before the cruise and she hopped on to help answer any last minute questions that anyone had. That was great because she didn’t have to take the time out of her personal time to do that. Being that this was not only a trip to celebrate my one year of marriage but my first real vacation and my first time on a boat and on a cruise the entire experience was great from start to finish. Only issue which wasn’t her fault was the hotel we chose to stay in the only night we were in Miami and we explained our issues to Charnae and she made sure to leave that review to the hotel. I’m making sure to tell anyone that I know that plans to travel to book through her especially if it’s a cruise. Can’t wait air to plan my next one with her!
