Erika, is extremely knowledgeable and patient as we worked through various cruise options and cruise lines. She suggested additional land excursions based upon what we wanted to see and do. She provided excellent advice on cabin selection and position. We will continue to use her. She answers both her phone and e-mail in a very timely manner and very pleasant to work with.
