Melinda is magnificent! I have been using Melinda's agency for 9 years now. Between Melinda and her agents, they have planned well over 10 trips for me with the majority happening over the past 4 years including extended time in Costa Rica, Iceland, Egypt, Italy, and 3 weeks+ in Argentina, Europe, and New Zealand. Melinda got to know me first and chose itineraries that fit exactly what I was interested in and looking for. She knew my preferences and set everything up accordingly. From landing in the country at the airport to departing home, everything was taken care of. On multiple occasions, she did what she thought I would appreciate and enjoy more even when there was an alternative available where I know she would have made more $ on the booking. That is who she is. What I also love is her use of the travel app, Axus, to store the itinerary and all needed documents. It has made traveling so much easier! My husband and I asked for Mindy's help in planning a trip to a tropical, all-inclusive resort for our anniversary.
