Carrie was an excellent resource, planner and host for our group river cruise trip. She assisted from day one with booking the trip, airfare, excursions and for keeping us posted and engaged with all trip information related to our trip.

Carrie is the best. We embarked on our first European river cruise in the fall of 2025, and it (hopefully) won't be our last. Everything was terrific! From the earliest planning until we were safely back home, Carrie was by our side making sure all our questions were answered, all our travel/excursions were booked, and every transfer happened with ease. We made memories that will last a lifetime, and she made it so easy to plan and enjoy. We've already recommended Carrie to friends and can't wait to work with her to plan our next adventure!

Carrie planned and organized a wonderful river cruise through France for a large group of friends. She made everything so seamless and easy for us, and really took care of all the planning: from pre and post cruise hotels to ensuring we knew exactly what documents we needed, and guiding us through selecting our excursions. She communicates clearly and is always available for questions during the planning process. We are ready to book another cruise with her!

Carrie did a great job. This was my first trip to Europe and it went flawlessly. Carrie answered all my questions and gave great suggestions for all the excursions.

For our 20th wedding anniversary we wanted to go to Italy and France with our teen daughters. Being we'd never been to Europe, Carrie was instrumental in helping us plan our 14 days abroad. She did all of the research when it came to lodging and the best activities. We truly had such an amazing time!! Carrie was also so attentive to us, not only during the planning phase but also during our trip. She would check in on us and communicate any changes we needed to know regarding excursions. If that wasn't enough, she also left us notes and small gifts at each location we stayed at. It was truly such a special touch that was not expected but so appreciated. I would use Carrie again in a heartbeat!

Last November we traveled from Amsterdam to Basel on the Ama Mora for the Ama Taste of Christmas River Cruise. Carrie had every aspect of our travel pre, during and after the cruise perfectly planned so we could just hop on the plane and follow the itinerary. We enjoyed all of our time on the Ama Mora...the meals and accommodations were top notch...were even able to upgrade our cabin last minute thanks to Carrie! The Christmas markets we visited at each stop and other group excursions in Amsterdam, Cologne, Rüdesheim, Speyer, Strasbourg and Basel were top notch...plus we had ample time at each stop to wander off on our own and enjoy what each area had to offer. We even found a fun little bonus Christmas market in Ludwigshafen where our boat was docked that we explored before we left that area:) Thank you, Carrie, for listening to our needs and building an itinerary we never could have planned on our own! Amazing trips to Ireland and Jamaica in 2024 with another couple. Carrie is amazing! She provided us with great suggestions that made our experience top notch. We are scheduling a river cruise next and can’t wait!

Carrie did a great job coordinating our trip for us! She listened to all of the things we wanted from our trip and delivered. She was very patient with all of our questions and did a great job coordinating all of the logistics.

We so enjoyed the Generations River Cruise with Uniworld that Carrie planned for us. Everything was taken care of from start to finish. What an amazing trip along the Danube with life long memories! We are already planning our next River Cruise with Carrie Jean Travel!

My daughter and I took a 10 day European vacation (Rome, Croatia, Venice, Paris, Germany) we saw it all. Carrie was amazing and so knowledgeable, she did all the work from transfers, hotels, excursions and “watched over us” while we were there. All the work she did allowed for us to just enjoy our vacation! It was amazing! Highly recommend Carrie! Thank you for making our trip the best!!

Had the most amazing time on our much needed vacation to Liv Aqua resort. The resort was amazing! Wonderful service, extremely friendly staff, delicious food (and lots of options), beautiful resort, pools, and rooms. The gym is very nice too, and the spa is the most pampering spa I’ve been to. Carrie thought of and took care of all the extra detail, from easy transportation to itinerary ideas. Her communication leading up to the trip was spot on and very helpful. I honestly can’t say enough about. 5+++ stars.

Carrie helped us plan a trip to Australia. She provided great recommendations, was very organized and good follow up through the entire process.
