Once flying into Dublin i, you will hop on the motorway and drive into Kilkenny, park your car in the city center, settle in your hotel and spend the day getting lost in the city. There is plenty to see and the city will captivate you with its beautiful medieval sites and vibrant atmosphere. While you are thee, check out Kilkenny Castle, you won't be disappointed.

Cork and Blarney Castle
After Kilkenny, drive in the direction of Cork, in the South of Ireland This drive is easy and it doesn’t just bring you to Cork, it allows you to see one of the most wonderful castles in Ireland: The Rock of Cashel. The Rock is wonderful and easy to reach from the main road: You can also have coffee/lunch in the nearby tearoom. From here, you will head to the Blarney Castle, which you can easily visit in a few hours, if you want to kiss the stone, it will be bit of a wait and then spend the night in Cork.

Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains
You will make your way back towards Dublin but with an overnight stop in the Wicklow Mountains. This is a great natural beauty area, very well known (they are a National Park) and is a beautiful and relaxing place to explore. The best way to enjoy it is to drive to Glendalough and spend day there. There are two beautiful lakes, an honest restaurant for a relaxed meal and the famous Glendalough monastic site, which is a simply surreal If you like gardens and manor homes, you must see Powerscourt Gardens, which are in this area and one of the most famous gardens in the world.
