My husband and I wanted to travel somewhere all-inclusive, luxurious, relaxing, and tropical for our anniversary -- and thanks to Katie's help, we ended up at Unico 2087 in the Riviera Maya in Mexico where we had the most amazing experience! Katie planned this trip for us to perfection. From the first conversations where we told her what we were looking for, to her perfectly curating a list of quotes with options for a variety of resorts, her sharing her honest opinions about where may be best or not best to book depending on what we were looking for, to booking and sharing all of the "must know" details along the way, Katie was an absolute God-send! This was our first experience working with a travel agent, and now I can't imagine traveling without one. She ensured we had all of the information we knew we needed, and all the information we didn't even know we needed as well! She did not miss a detail -- all the way down to which restroom to use in the airport once we arrived in Mexico, secret menu items at the resort that were a "must-have" while we were there, confirming and communicating our dinner reservations -- to name a few! All of her travel tips were so helpful and made our trip smooth and enjoyable. She realizes that small details make a huge impact, and we deeply appreciate all of her preparation and time she put in to make sure this trip was as best as it could be for us. As grandparents, wanting to take our adult kids, their spouses and our four young grandchildren to Disney World was in our bucket list. However, we had no idea where to start as it had been decades since our last visit and so much had changed. Katie provided expert guidance as we worked out an itinerary that fit our budget and goals for our Disney vacation. She placed us in the perfect resort, helped secured needed reservations and walked us through the pros and cons of different options. Everything from stroller rentals, dinner reservations, Lighting Lane passes, park tickets, transportation options, methods of payment, use of the Disney Experience app to sharing her personal Disney experiences, Katie was a valuable resource. Her expertise and insight allowed us to maximize our enjoyment and minimized potential problems. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone who needs similar services.

Our Alaskan vacation was a memorable experience. Katie Beavers, our travel agent had to answer a lot of questions from us "Old School" folks. It was so very convenient for us to allow Katie to plan our flights and our Alaskan land and sea tour. Katie told us that Princess would have it all planned at each destination. It did not take us long to realize Katie was right about Princess. The Princess employees had things on schedule and gave you plenty of instructions each day. It was a quick turn around at each destination. If I could suggest one thing it would be to carry an extra bag just for your cruise clothes and send them straight to the cruise ship. Princess provided a tag just for this travel option. We quickly caught on to our itinerary and was able to enjoy our adventure. We were concerned about getting on the cruise ship. Katie had informed us to have our medallions and passports ready for a smooth embarkment. Katie helped us secure a balcony room for both couples and a connecting door for us to enjoy. The ships newspaper "The Patter" was our go to for information about restaurants, and entertainment on the ship. Our favorite adventure was our evening meals before the ships evening entertainment. Katie secured a time slot for us at the 5:00 seating. It was perfect for us to enjoy dinner then a show. There was so much to enjoy on ship at night. It was hard to take it all in. Disembarkment from the ship went smoothly. It was sad to say good bye. Katie had given us a good tip that would help our trip go smoothly. Katie suggested we take an extra backpack with essentials especially identification, meds, and a change of clothes. Katie was so very good about responding to our questions and helping us with packing suggestions so we could have a wonderful Alaskan adventure. PS It rains a lot in Alaska!!! Katie was so helpful is helping us have the best time at Disney. I hadn’t been since I was young and my husband had never been, so she took the time to explain and help us find the right place to stay, where to eat and how to do the fast passes! We had a blast!

Katie did an excellent job providing us multiple options when we were looking to take our 10th anniversary trip. She gave us multiple options that were in the Caribbean & on the Pacific. Katie booked us a multi-generational Disney trip! She booked all of our hotel rooms together and according to each families needs. Katie is an expert at Disney itineraries! We spent 3 full days in the parks and did not miss a thing. We were all able to do what each family wanted to experience and still spend most of our time with all 10 of us. Katie helped us book a much needed beach getaway. She suggested Hammock Beach and it did not disappoint! She booked us a great suite with a fabulous view. Katie recommended using the rental option for the beach and pools. Our chairs and umbrellas were reserved and waiting on us each day! Katie helped us make dinner reservations ahead of time and we were able to enjoy 4 of the restaurants on property and all of our meals were delicious and the service was great. The only thing I would change is that I wish we could have stayed longer!
