No need to shuffle through endless emails and notes hunting for confirmation numbers! That alone will save time and frustration! In fact, the amount of stress she saved us cannot be overstated! She knew all the tips and tricks for cost savings on express passes, which allowed us to ride all the rides in every Universal park without the long waits. Rachel booked us a recommended stay at the beautiful Loews Royal Pacific Hotel, where we were able to take a scenic water taxi to the Universal parks. Rachel is a wealth of knowledge on all things, Disney and Disney cruises. In addition to all that the Disney Cruise has to offer, she booked my wife and I brunch at Paulo which was delicious, and was able to secure as a private cabana on Castaway Cay. For our day in Cozumel, Rachel found us a private boat and snorkeling experience to El Cielo, where we were able to snorkel at a starfish preserve, relax on the gorgeous sandbar with cocktails, and freshly prepared ceviche dishes with guacamole and chips. Highly recommend Rachel for making your next vacation as magical as ours!
