An Absolutely Amazing Cruise!!

I recently took a Royal Caribbean cruise, on Icon of the Seas, to Puerto Costa Maya Mexico, Roatan Honduras, Cozumel Mexico, and Perfect CocoCay Bahamas, and my family and I had an incredible time!! Nicole was very instrumental in making that happen... she ensured that we would have our rooms in close proximity to one another, that we would have ocean-view balcony staterooms, and that the amenities would be something that our entire family would enjoy from beginning to end. She consistently followed up with each of us to see if we needed any additional accommodations or information that would make our travel as seamless and stress-free as possible. I would absolutely recommend use of her services to family members who haven't yet done so and to friends of mine as well!

Nicole assisted me in curating a 5 day/4 night trip to Punta Cana with my sister. She was always incredibly quick to respond, and gave us several options to help meet our goals for the trip/budget! Her information was very thorough and she was also available to us and checked in while we were on our trip.
