She asked if we considered Hawaii which we thought was too far and too expensive. She sourced some very good deals, so we now thought our first trip to Hawaii could be a reality. We settled on the Ritz Carlton, Kapalua. We thought we had a good deal on the hotel but found a site that showed the same hotel for less. Nicole worked with the hotel and we ended up with a better deal and she even got us a few hotel perks. Her willingness to go above and beyond ensured we got the best deal at our desired hotel. She never asked us to settle for less or spend more. Thus, we got 6 nights in Hawaii for less than 4 nights in the Caribbean.
