Fantastic Universal Adventure

Our trip to Universal Studios and the new Epic Universe was such a blast! Ashley made the planning process so easy- from hotel bookings and park tickets to helpful insider tips, everything was well organized. We loved having a clear plan that still left room for spontaneous fun. Universal Studios was incredible, especially the Wizarding world of Harry Potter (die hard fan), and Epic Universe was stunning - the rides, the food, and the atmosphere were all top-notch. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that a few attractions had long wait times despite using Express Passes, but that's more about the parks themselves than our planning. Overall, Ashley helped us create an amazing experience, and we can't wait to plan another adventure soon!

The best trip I have ever been on!

Words can’t express how thankful I am for Ashley. We made our First trip to Walt Disney World the most magical experience ever. She answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they were. She explained everything to me in simple terms. She did EVERYTHING!!!!! I only had to explain things to her once and she worked her magic. She made my daughters first trip memorable and special is so many ways. We will be using her in the future for all of our travel needs. She even helped with ideas to keep my daughters occupied in the car. Amazing and very knowledgeable about Walt Disney World.

Most amazing first trip to Disney!

Ashley went above and beyond for our family’s first Disney trip. We are a family of 7 (all 5 of our children have special needs.) Ashley planned everything specific to us and was super personal. She never batted an eye when we threw her a curve ball.. last minute (after all of our dining plans had been set up- we added two additional members to our group. She worked effortlessly to ensure that they got into our dining reservations. When we changed parks at the last minute, she was on it. Having never used a travel agent before I didn’t know what to expect. Needless to say, she will be our forever trip planner. I’m not sure how she did it, but she added extra special magic to this amazing trip for our family. She booked private hotel room Bippity Boppity Boo experiences for our girls. I highly recommend Ashley as a travel specialist when it comes to Walt Disney world. She is extremely flexible and great to work with. There truly is no task to big for her to fill. She helped us with everything from DAS, Hotel accommodations, Dining plan and dining reservations, ride selections, Genie Plus, BBB Reservations, and travel accommodations. No matter what we asked her to help with, she jumped right on it. If you are planning a trip to Walk Disneyworld and have never used a travel specialist... DO IT!! It’s completely complimentary for you and it will be the most stress-free vacation you ever took!
