The attention to detail is amazing, she keeps us updated on everything from the original booking to the end of our trip. She continually sends reminders and tips so we don't miss anything. She is awesome and makes every trip effortless.

Heather always does a great job and is very thorough. She communicates frequently even on the weekends. Recently, we had an issue with our flight time and she was able to fix it even though it was after hours. She always goes above and beyond.

I knew that I wanted to do a weeklong trip to Disney world followed by a weeklong trip to Universal Orlando and propose to my now wife in the middle. What I didn’t know was how to plan the trip to either destination. Heather knew all of the ins and outs of both places, and not only guided me through the two weeks but planned the vast majority of it out for me. I had a wonderful time, and now I have a wife! What more could I ask for?

Heather has planned several of my major life event trips in the past few years, and I will have her plan all the future ones too! Being a Covid-era graduate, graduating with a doctoral degree, she made already a huge moment of my life, even more magical. The knowledge about where in Walt Disney World I could be to not only have the magical castle behind me, but also fantastic internet connection so my family and friends could enjoy the moment with me. Then, not even a few days later, coordinating for my engagement in front of Cinderella’s castle. Then, as a Disney-loving adult, planned my bachelorette trip in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle in Anaheim, CA including coordinating for reservations for restaurants I have been wanting to try and for every magical moment! Our most recent trip Heather has planned was our honeymoon to Japan! My now husband and I had a long list of things we wanted to do/see, and she found an amazing 10 day cruise that went from Tokyo down the coast, to Okinawa, back up to Nagasaki and over to South Korea. But before we started our cruise, she made sure we had a few days to adjust to the time zone, but also to see Tokyo Disney Sea! It was a magical trip, filled with amazing food, sights, and people. I can’t wait for the next trip Heather plans for us!
