Great to have someone coordinate all the details and offer insight for restaurants, etc. FastPass education would be helpful and booking too close to arrival and departure meant we missed those rides when Magical Express took a long time. Overall a great vacation!

She booked us a week stay at Fort Wilderness Cabins for our family and my parents as well as a Disney Cruise for both parties. Everything went off without a hitch. Was struggling to coordinate transportation from the airport to a Universal resort. Got connected with pixie in a email. They had all the information quickly and booked the shuttle no problem within a day or so. Was even informed of price change and verification was requested to approve the charges before they were being made. Instructions were provided and extremely clear. Went on our trip and went super smooth. It really wad a easy processes and very professional!
