I have been in the travel industry for 39 years.  I started my career as CEO of a Caribbean Tour Operator at the beginning of the all-inclusive hotel industry.  I employed a staff of 15 and did almost 6 million a year in Caribbean package sales including charter operation for the island of Jamaica plus wholesale contracts with Delta, Northwest, Air Jamaica, BWIA, Bahamasair and Laker Airways.  I created travel packages to Jamaica, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Antigua, St. Kitts and Barbados which sold to travel agents from Florida to the midwest so I have an excellent working knowledge of all-inclusive resorts and smaller Caribbean hotels. Since I started working in retail travel twenty years ago I have traveled other regions of the world including extensive European travel along with Canada and the United States.

As a result of my early life experience, I specialize in Caribbean flight vacations and all-inclusive resorts.  All-Inclusive resorts have a specialty and personality of their own.  All-inclusive resorts may specialize in adults only, couples, families or even clothing optional resorts so it is important to choose the right resort using the knowledge of a travel agent who has done thousands of hotel site inspections over a lifetime.  Many smaller Caribbean hotels can be a delightful experience when sold EP or breakfast plan but you need somebody with a knowledge of these types of resorts to pick acceptable hotels in the niche you may be looking for.

While the Caribbean represents much of my work life, Europe is a 2nd half of life passion as I have traveled to most of western Europe including Italy, Ireland, France, Germany, England, Wales, Norway, Netherlands, Monaco, Spain and Switzerland.  I have done extensive independent travel as well as escorted bus tours and river cruises in Europe.  I handle a lot of bookings for bus tours and river cruises plus I also do about 100 independent travel trips per year with transportation by train, intra-european flights, ferries or rental cars.

Since I was a tour operator before I was a travel agent, my skills enable me to "package" tours, river cruises and ocean cruises on the fly with independent pre or post travel.  I have a proprietary system that keeps track of travel days and travel component costs so I can (and have) programmed almost any trip envisioned by my clients.  I have a working knowledge of most of the escorted tour companies and extensive knowledge of European river cruises and European ocean cruise ports like Civitavecchia, Barcelona and Southampton as well as other port cities.
