As seniors we struggled with trying to set up our first cruise vacation by ourselves.
We got completely overwhelmed. Keri-Ann made things so much easier for us; even saving us money! We are already deciding where she can send us for our second retirement vacation. It was a pleasure working with this young lady. Thanks Keri-Ann.

Keri-Ann did a fantastic job of putting together our family's vacation. She really knows Alaska and helped us with all the details that made our Alaska cruise everything that we were hoping it would be! The hiking excursion she recommended at Mendenhall, seeing whales from the ship, and the day in Glacier Bay were some of the highlights for us. This was a great experience and I'll be calling her again for our next trip.

Keri did an amazing job of preparing us for our first cruise and making the experience that much better by helping us know what to expect, what options were right for us and keeping us up to date on everything we needed to do. She really knows how this should be done and does it!

We weren't as clever as we thought when we used the internet to book our first cruise. Successful booking on our own? Everything fell apart in just a couple weeks. Hidden costs, no perks and our estimated budget started to go out the window. Fortunately friends suggested getting help from Keri-Ann. Since it had been only 15 days from our self-booking time we were within the allotted time limit to transfer the cruise to an advisor. The hidden costs (extras that were not included in our initial booking) became included in the lower cruise price. Her skill in finding us perks that we never thought of and still staying within our original budget blew us away. She listens, understands and has completely open communications. Even with our different time zones she made herself available to answer all our questions. This is the advisor you need to seek.

Keri-Ann was great. She managed to get our group cabins relatively close to each other in quieter area of the ship. She answered all our questions straight away and came up with fabulous suggestions. We would definitely recommend booking through her.
