Alicia was an exceptional travel agent. Not only was she incredibly patient with us senior citizens throughout the booking process, but she also went above and beyond to ensure my sister had all the necessary handicap accommodations. She made sure our room was wheelchair accessible and even guided me through using the Royal Caribbean app when I had questions. What a great experience – they handled all our needs, including on-board dining times, booking shows, and arranging dining at the ship's specialty restaurant. My sister's birthday dinner was arranged seamlessly! Alicia is a friendly, reliable travel agent, and I would definitely book wwth her again

Alicia was an amazing agent. Alicia's recommendation for the falls couldn't of had a better selection. I thought I wanted one thing, until she sugggestion a better location. This location was closer to all entertainment and had better views! This is exactly why getting an agent makes sense.
