We loved the fact that Rebecca knew just what resort would meet our needs for rest, relaxation, sunshine and fun times. I booked a trip with Rebecca for my family of 5, two adults and 3 children 12 and under to Grand Sirenis Punta Cana, DR. She was very informative in the booking process, making sure it went smoothly. She provided a check list of essential items, and reminders to ensure we have the proper documentation to enter and exit Dominican Republic. Approximately a month and a half before the date of our departure, my spouse broke his leg and required assistive devices(wheelchair, crutches and cane) to ensure optimal mobility during our trip. Rebecca was quick to request an accessible room, and advised us to contact the airline to see about bringing the wheelchair and other devices, as well to check if accessible seating can be provided(more leg room). My spouse contacted the airline, and was able to get accessible seating, and the room at the resort was accessible. Transfer between the airport and resort also went smoothly. We had a very enjoyable vacation! Thank you Rebecca!

Rebecca coordinated an amazing large group trip to Grand Sirenis Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican, which our family joined. We were comforted by the safety in numbers/large group going on the trip and felt good that the resort had been pre-vetted by Rebecca. She had done a lot of lead work before the trip to ensure that little details like airport fees, customs screening docs, and other minutia were taken care of for us. Rebecca communicated regular updates about any trip info or changes, packing lists and preparation recommendations, and she was able to respond promptly to any concerns we had. Rebecca was able to come up with numerous choices for a one week trip down south. She is quick to provide information and answer questions on trips. Only trouble we had with our party of 6 was that names got misspelled which was very concerning. She was able to get them changed which is important. She kept us informed about what was required to enter the DR and which apps to download re Air Transat. Rebecca always asks how our trip went and accepts our comments.

Good experience . Resort was not relaxed , not crowded could use a little paint updates but very clean

I had a great time. A few minor inconvienences at the resort. But by and large a really fun adventure. Make sure to book your excursions at the resort rather than online. Taxi services are crazy expensive. Also prebook your transportation prior to arriving in Mexico.
