Fantastic Vacation

We just completed our first vacation using Courtney as our travel agent! She was wonderful all the way through. Very quick to respond to all questions and sent over all the Disney hacks before our trip. She booked all of our dining reservations and even made all the phone calls to ensure our daughter's celiac disease was accommodated at all restaurants. We finished off our vacation with a Royal Caribbean cruise. We are pretty regular cruisers and asked Courtney to be our travel agent for the next one!

OMG Courtney is simply AMAZING!! She knows her Disney! The itinerary she drew up for our recent Disney trip was so precise and super helpful! She was very prompt with replying to the many questions I had as well. As we all know preparing for any vacation can be a bit crazy, but with Courtney’s help she took away a lot of our stresses! Courtney provided us with top notch service and did all the work for us! Thank you so much for booking us an incredible trip! From the accommodations to the dining, we had an amazing time! Having you plan instead of me was most relaxing! The fact that M could eat anywhere she wanted with her egg allergy was fantastic! We don’t normally eat in restaurants, especially breakfast, but we safely ate everywhere - specifically Ale & Compass, the Pizza Window and Trattoria Al Forno - Mickey waffles, bacon, pizza, rolls, etc! Can’t wait to book the next one!

About a month from our trip date, we enlisted the help of Courtney for our first family trip to Disney World. Even though we went with non-Disney lodging for this trip, Courtney was able to assist us with purchasing park passes & photo pass, park reservations, & park dining reservations. One of the dining reservations she scored us was a character buffet at Hollywood Studios with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, & Goofy, & it was so much fun—we got pics with all of them! Her park itineraries, Disney tip list, & all of the tips she gives on her Facebook page (popcorn buckets 🍿!) were extremely helpful & took so much stress out of going to Disney World & allowed us to enjoy all the ? Disney magic ?! We can’t wait to have her help us plan our next trip!!

It has been so great talking and planning with Courtney! She knows everything about Disney and if she doesn't know something, she will find out for you! She also loves going and her enthusiasm is contagious! She has a tip page that has been helpful in knowing things to buy and plan to make the trip go smoothly. I especially loved her walk through for mobile dining - I followed it to a tee to practice.
Disney is more complicated now with Genie+, Lightning Lane, mobile dining, reservations, and the crowds, and Courtney's specialized itineraries are a great tool to navigate the parks. I just told her who and when we were going and on which days, and she made a plan for us. I can't wait to get to Disney to use all the tips and plans she worked out for my family.

Universal was Fantastic!
Courtney is just incredible! Without her, our vacation may not have happened. She is thorough and patient and truly cares about your experience. We went to Universal Orlando and high she had not been to previously. However, she took the time to research the resort and find lots of great information for us. She was the best point of contact with making reservations at the resort and getting our park tickets. She kept in touch with us throughout the journey to make sure we had everything we needed!

Our First time back to Disney!
It had been over 15 years since I had been to Disney world. I knew I was going to need some help. I put a post on my Facebook page asking for referrals for Disney TA’s. I was so fortunate enough to be connected with Courtney. She was a gem to work with, a true diamond in the rough. She made planning this trip so much fun! She did everything from booking transportation to and from the resort, book our stay at Pop Century, made all of our reservations at the theme parks, made our dining reservations as well. She even gave us daily itineraries to help us guide our way. We have already decided to go back to Disney in 2025 and when the time comes we will for sure be using Courtney again to help us.

Universal & Disney for my Birthday
I don’t think I could do a Disney/Universal trip again without Courtney now that I’ve had a trip planned by her! Spring Break at Legoland!
Courtney planned a fantastic spring break trip for us! She set up two different hotel accommodations and got us a great deal on Legoland tickets and a rental car.
