Absolutely love Amy being out agent! She got to our crazy questions in a timely manner! Helped us through the entire way and made us feel more at ease about everything especially going during a crazy pandemic and basically having to sign your life away to a bunch of papers hahaha!! Working with Amy to book our dream vacation was a joy. I have numerous life threatening food allergies so travel - especially to an all inclusive - can be extremely difficult for me. Amy contacted different resorts to make sure that the resort we picked could accommodate my allergies. We ended up staying at The Haven and it was literally, the most relaxing vacation of my life. I was able to eat incredible food and know I would not get sick.

Our trip was AMAZING! A trip of a lifetime for sure. Everyone in my family was extremely happy with the places we stayed and the activities that we did (that says a lot since our kids ages range from 8-17). :) Accommodations-We stayed in two places and absolutely LOVED each place. The beach place was beautiful. It was a perfect fit for our family and a 10/10 suite. The pool area was out of this world! The service at the pool was fun and fantastic! All of the staff were very kind and accommodating at the resort. Excursions-10/10. Our family loved each and every one and it was the perfect amount of excursions! The guides we had for each were so friendly and accommodating! Great service! Our favorite was canyoning! I would 100% go back and would recommend Amy at Travel Leaders. I would recommend this exact vacation (and I have) to other families.

Amy designed a trip for a client of mine who has been permanently confined to a wheelchair since 2010. She is also partially blind and I have been helping her for years gain more and more confidence to do more things on her own since her husband passed away. Amy worked out every detail and created an App that gave the TSA assistant number, flight numbers, van rides from her Destination and her ride back to the airport. She also found the perfect hotel on the mall so my client could go to restaurants and shops within several blocks from her hotel. This was her first ever solo trip and it was about gaining courage to discover a new place. We worked together to think of every little detail and the trip was close to flawless. It has opened up all new possibilities and I am so grateful to Amy to put in the extra effort to make this a joyful experience :)

Amy does a great assisting us with our vacation plans. She is very helpful calling the airlines, hotel and car rental and making sure we get a good deal. The best thing about Amy is she is very quick to accommodate your travel requests and needs. She returns emails and phone calls promptly, keeps us informed on the progress of our travel needs and promptly answers any questions we have. She also assisted my son and daughter planning their trip to Myrtle Beach last year and Amy is helping us plan our upcoming cruise.
