Rachel is a rockstar! We traveled with our two teenagers to Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, and her planning was spot on. The best thing she did for us was organizing luggage forwarding (Takkyubin) between our hotels. Not having to drag four big suitcases onto the bullet train was the best decision we made.
