I contacted Sapphire Travel a few months out from our trip to book a hotel to overnight in. She knew the area and placed us in a fantastic location that was close to our event we needed to attend the next morning. The hotel was clean, updated, and the staff were friendly. It was a relief to trust Kim that she knew what we needed! Will 100% be using her again, even for our longer vacations!

My husband and I sailed on our very first cruise to the Caribbean with Virgin Voyages. We traveled at the end of November and the weather could not have been more perfect! Our travel agent, Kim, recommended we booked several months in advance to ensure getting a good room - which we did! Kim also suggested we fly in and stay a day before the ship leaves so there were no travel delays that affected our arrival time. We enjoyed some sightseeing in the Miami port the night before and this gave us a small break from flying in. We boarded the Vigilant Lady ship and our cabin was in the middle of the ship with a balcony view - which I highly suggest. You cannot beat that view and ambiance (day or night). The entertainment, food, and crowd on were all amazing. We visited Grand Turk, Puerto Plata, and Bimini ports that each had their own pool or beach (or both) for relaxation and fun. Kim was amazing!! She helped us plan out our long-overdue vacation. We were first time cruisers so she gave us every tip and trick we needed and we had an amazing time!! She made everything SO so easy!

Kim planned our trip on Virgin Voyages in July. We left Miami on Nov 13 for a 7-day cruise to, Grand Turks, Dominican Republic and Bimini.
We had a great experience on and off the ship!
