Working with Jessi was a dream! She was recommended to me by a friend and happy client of Jessi’s. From the start of our travel conversations, Jessi was methodical, detail oriented, curious, intuitive, and supportive. We started with some great questions around intentions for the trip, budget and timeline. Through out the experience, Jessi was quick to respond and always open to further questions or addressing concerns. I never felt like she wanted to move any faster than I was ready and I knew I could take my time and get all the information I needed to make decisions. Jessi stayed present from start to finish, sending tips and updates prior to the trip, during, and after. We had some issues with our flight home and Jessi was able to get me and my husband proper travel credits from the airline. I have recommended her to my friends and family and I can’t wait to plan another trip with Jessi!

Jessi was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped us plan our honeymoon to Kauai, Hawaii this past year and it was truly the honeymoon of our dreams. We were so burnt out from wedding planning and had not idea where to start when planning such a big trip but Jessi really took our desires and hopes for the trip and brought it to life. She helped us find a resort to stay at and gave us so many recommendations of things to do such as places to eat, spa day, beaches to paddle board, and need to see places around the island. She also helped us book a rental car for the days we were there and that was so incredibly helpful! She checked on us throughout the trip and was there if we needed any help! We will definitely be using Jessi again for our future trips, we are so thankful!!

Everything was great from start to finish with the booking of the hotel to the little touch she left in our cabin when we arrived on the ship, it was our fist cruise and we loved it and plan to use Jessi to book again

Our travel agent Jessi Diez was amazing! We have used a different travel agent/company before and this experience was far beyond the previous one and surpassed our expectations. Jessi was recommended to us from friends of family so we reached out to her directly as first time potential clients. (We also reached out to another recommended agent but Jessi was so professional prompt and detailed with our initial contact that we felt led to continue with her alone, boy are we glad we did!) She prepared us getting familiar with how booking with her would work and we agreed to dive in. We filled out a detailed questionnaire on where, when, what kind of travel arrangements we were comfortable with and what budget we were willing to spend. From there Jessi worked her magic and came up with 3 scenarios that we could choose from and then perfect to our liking. This was greatly appreciated as we wanted to see as much of Australia we could, but I gave her a budget of 'as little as possible' to work with lol. This helped us see the cost of different means of travel: cruise, group booking and solo 'A La Carte' booking. From there we chose the cruise option and Jessi then helped us plan all the details before and after. (Airfare is a separate entity Jessi does not plan but another part of her company can help with if you so choose!) I cannot say enough how much we appreciated Jessi every step of the way. I am the thrifty one who would rather slum it to save money and my husband is not. Jessi found us options along the way that catered to both of us and we were thrilled she listened to our needs and delivered! We communicated primarily through email but we also had scheduled phone calls throughout our planning as well. Jessi even texted us to keep us as informed as possible during time crunches and messaged us during our travels to make sure things were going smoothly.
