Cruise Expert

We used Amanda as our travel agent for a cruise we went on last fall. It was our first family trip with a 1.5 year old and it definitely wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without her help. She even offered helpful tips for traveling with a young child from her own experience which made the flight go smoother than I could have imagined, which was just an added bonus. When we got on the ship, everything was great- she even asked the crew to set up our room with a pack and play so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. I appreciated her for being dependable, relatable, and I was always able to get in touch with her in a timely manner. She is so knowledgeable about so many destinations- I will definitely be reaching out to her for any and all vacations in the future!

Amanda was able to help me plan a surprise honeymoon for my son and daughter in law as a wedding gift. Whatever I asked her to do, she did it. If something was too early to purchase, she stayed on top of it and purchased when it was time, asking me first if I still wanted that purchase. She was able to save me $400 or an upgrade in hotels without a price increase. It really helps to plan a vacation to Disney with someone who knows Disney through and through. She also makes you feel like you’re her only client. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will definitely use her again.

Amanda was great to work with and made planning our trip to Universal Orlando SO MUCH easier. I really appreciated having someone else do the heavy lifting of pricing out various options and looking at different timeframes, and her knowledge of discounts/packages/etc. Her insider tips were very helpful, and perhaps best of all she helped us get preview tickets to Epic Universe! We hope to take a vacation to Disney in a few years and look forward to working with Amanda again!

Amanda was fantastic at helping me plan my birthday trip to Universal Studios. It was my first time using a travel agent, and she explained the benefits to me over booking through a big box store like Costco. Amanda helped me compare hotels to find what suited my needs and vibe best, secured park tickets and express passes (which was totally worth it...glad I listened), and gave great advice on transportation, dining, and more. When we wanted to toss in a Disney park last minute, she easily grabbed the tickets for me no problem. Everything was seamless and I did not have to worry about a single thing. It was nice knowing that if we ran into any issues, she would be on the other end to help rectify them. I'll definitely be using Amanda again for future travels.

Amanda was incredibly helpful and patient as we planned our Disney Dream cruise.
