I needed to transfer old tickets to new ones and book a resort and party. Nichole jumped right on it and called Disney to ensure I got my full credit! We had the entire trip planned and everything taken care of in a little more than half an hour. AMAZING!

Nichole made my trip to Disneyland so much fun. I hadn't been in YEARS and was so excited to go back as an adult with a friend. She knew everything- all the ins and outs and secrets and best times for everything. She helped make my three day trip exactly how I wanted it. For me, that was jam packed with tons of walking to get the ultimate experience. She helped me curate exactly what I wanted. I caught every show and parade I wanted to see, she helped me master the Genie service, she helped me come up with a list of the best treats and where to get them, and had the best ride suggestions about where to hit and when. By the last day, my friend and I were totally pooped and Nichole helped us make a new plan that was a slower pace and seriously just as enjoyable. She was flexible, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went above and beyond and way out of her way to make my trip an absolute dream. I recommend Nichole every time hands down for booking your trips.

We went to Disneyland over Christmas, and it was my first time ever. Nichole took my first trip above and beyond! We saw so much stuff and ate the best food, all in 3 short days. We had our Disneyland trip planned by Nichole. When we got to Disneyland the first day it was raining and cold with the same Outlook for the next two days. We called and Nichole helped us get connected to guest services and they help move our days to later in the week. The new days were sunny and warm. I really don’t think I can fit all of the words on this page about how awesome Nichole is!! She is a genuine Disney lover/expert all things Disney! She went the extra 10 miles to make our Disney experience literally perfect! Not only does she take care of all of the bookings and reservations but also walked through every step and detail on how to utilize and maximize our genie plus and how to make the most out of every day!! Zero wasted or down time ever! If you follow Nichole’s recommendations you can literally ride every ride in both parks and have it done by 4 in the afternoon or earlier! If you are planning on going on a trip and you have no idea what you are doing but you don’t want to miss out on anything, then she is your girl! On all of our trips we get everything done multiple times because she maps out where we need to go each day. She keeps up with our fast passes and gets us to all of the shows. Disney doesn’t give you a personal tour guide for free, but Nichole is all of that and more!
